[SUGGESTION] Polls for Residents/Embassy Regions

It would be cool, if this is feasible/easy to do, to have the ability to limit Polls to Residents + Embassy Region members.

Presently there's Native/Resident/Public, but it would be cool to be able to limit it a bit more between groups of regions that are aligned with each other.

I feel like this would allow for a lot more value out of gameside diplomacy between regions, and could enable for gameside voting using hub regions for various WA blocs, alliances, and the like that exist.

Unless I'm missing something, it seems like it'd be a simple yet QoL improving change to further increase gameside diplomatic/FA functionalities and engagement as a whole.

I love this idea. I think it could go a long way to also having like regional government voting floor regions and potentially making it more viable to have regional government activity on site in some manner.

I'm not seeking to re-invent the wheel on polls, that's a much larger discussion. My proposal is simple and short, allow for a filter choice that is Residents + Embassy Regions for polls.

Can’t people already do that on regional polls anyway if it’s residents? Or do you mean natives?

That exists, however only under the Native and Influential Nation restrictions. In the absence of a good arbitrary number of days to go off of, I personally find those two sufficient. Poll Raiding ultimately doesn't concern me too much, but I'd be open to additional expansion involving limiting to the same poll eligibility categories for embassy regions. Ultimately, I'm just seeking for a pretty simple yet QoL increasing addition to the site and don't really find merit in these hypothetical issues regarding hijacking of the poll. That same risks exists with the current system present for Polls, and it feels like it's worth a wider discussion rather than derailing of this concept.

Wait, now I’m lost. Why would ‘resident of embassy region’ not work like every other check box and be able to be combined with others? Like checking embassy region + WA means those in the embassy region but not in the WA don’t vote? Could do the same with native.
