My sister Marija, or as she is known, Marija, Vice-Queen of the Netherlands, will be having her 24th birthday this 10th of October. She was insistent that we invite the nobility to a ball on the occasion.
Hence, I extend this invitation to all adult members of the Christian noble peerage, both in the Empire and outside it; to both those belonging to our world and those hailing from outside it, to attend a grand Ball to be held at the Archducal Hall in Wien. His Highness the Archduke of Austria was most kind to provide us with the venue.
My sister requested that I especially encourage the young and unmarried nobility to attend.
Marriage is an indissoluble bond of love between two persons. Like all the other sacraments of the Church it reflects the unbreakable love Christ has for his people.
I share my sister’s belief that young members of the Christian nobility should participate in the beautiful sacrament of Matrimony, and thus express my wish that the young lords and ladies in attendance use this opportunity to forge bonds among their peers, in the hope that these bonds may lead to lasting friendships, and, God willing, happy and fruitful marriages.

Hi! This is an idea that's been going around in my head for a few days now. If everything works out, this will be my first roleplaying experience here in NS, and I hope to share it with you!
For a bit of reasoning as to why this is happening, you might want to read this dispatch. It may seem unrelated, but it isn't, believe me.
The Imperial Family is hosting a ball to commemorate a birthday, and you're invited. Well, provided that you're a noble. If not, then you're not invited, sorry to say. If you are invited, you can expect drinks, conversation, and, of course, ballroom dancing. Oh, and a lot of people. Maybe even the start of a romance, if you play your cards right?

The RP has started, you can find the IC thread here. At this time I am already accepting registrations however. (EDIT: Though registrations are still open and will remain open for the duration of the RP, I will be stricter with future applications, as the main registration period has lapsed.)
