I made this threat for the new program that will replace the TRR lotteries, my very own giveaway
the concept is simple
the rejected pacific nations happen to find legendary cards from time to time.
Once per month, if you are a member of the North Pacific Card Guild, the Card garden, a citizen of TRR or endorsing the delegate of the rejected for at least 1 month, you'll be able to claim 1 legendary card per month, with a bonus every 2 months (or every month, depending on the demand) if you are a reject endorser for at least one month.

How to claim legendary, simple fill out this form
Card claimed : (don't need link just name, there are not more than 350 legendaries.)
TRP owner : (its always a dragonia nation)
destination : (where you want the card to go)
Its really like the Great Card Giveaway of the North Pacific forum, with legendary cards.
Here is the list of every card possible to claim
once Again, this will be open on the 1st October, and people will be able to claim once per month
Rules are very simple
1 : 1 claim per month for all qualified participants,
2 : + bonus every 2 months for rejects friends. (up to 3)
3 : first come first served
4 : After the 16th of a month, if there are more than 10 cards available to claim, and you do not care about which legendary card you want to received. You can use your request to claim a random legendary, and I'll choose which legendary you receive. (won't be random, I choose, non-extra request only) NOTE : this will use your monthly, so don't try to claim 2 legendaries in a a single month, its 1 for all .
If necessary, we can always change some rules.
5 : once every 15 days or so, the oldest unclaimed cards might be sold. (you can know which cards is going to be sold, since its not secret that the oldest cards are 1st on the list and the most recent last.)
6 : Anyone who manage to be lucky to FIND Estellium, https://www.nationstates.net/page=deck/ ... 7/season=3, have the right to trade it (to give it to fauzjhia in exchange for a free claim here.) Estellium has to be found by you or your puppet and not bought during an auction. (theses trades are valid as long as there are more then 75 cards in the giveaway..)
6 B : If we have more then 125 in stocks, we will accept to trade Estellium for 2 legendary of a close value. with the maximum being 35 ( so don't ask for two 35.5 mv legendary)

Don't try to buy it, and claim a legendary, cause I'll be pissed, and I'll just deny you any claim at all. this rule if people who find it, and its For everyone.
7 : if you want to be cool, you can give two epic to junk, or a card that could sold for 1 ( no more) to fund the card program, when making your requests
9 : do not request cards that are on the reserve list.
Rules 8 : how it work
I'M willing to trade a legendary card request for 13 beetles cards. Although those conditions must be fulfilled, and please discuss about this with me.
1 : Beetles card must given to their own nations
2 : Only cards that are worth 40 and less can be requested.
3 : the giveaway list must have 75 cards or MORE.
4 : The gift must be reported here.
5 : you must find the cards for them to count. (cards who are bought do not count)
To be more clear.
You can claim 1 card in October, 1 in November and 1 in December.
And rejects friend received Bonus Requests for October/November, December/January, / February/March.
So the normal requests do not cumulate. If you claim nothing in October, you won't get a new request in November.
rejects extra requests will cumulate (until 3), so even if they do not use their bonus for October and November, they will be able to claim an additional request in December.
a Proof that endorsing the Delegate of TRR is an Advantage.
Short
October requests must be claimed In October, but the extra requests rejects receive every 2 months do not have to be claimed during those months.
Contribution
People are free to contribute,
if you want to contribute, please telegram me, and give a legendary card to any dragonia nations, or give cards that can be sold for 1.00 to killer whales. ty
note : Morover and Annihilators of Chan Island are not considered as low-market cards (don't have them, but if ever I had, don't even try to claim that they are low value legendary cards)
