Riots Broke out in the Southern Neighborhoods of Wallow, Regarding the new Gun Laws the East Lankian Government has placed, police quickly stopped the Riots, and no one was injured, except for some random dude who sprained his ankle after tripping

Droughts plague the Eastern Farms of the country, with the longest drought in recorded history still going on since it started in 2009, Rain was recorded for the first time in years, Experts say that the Drought may Soon be ending

Recent Shark Attack happened on the Beaches of New Toron Earlier Today, Over 3 Swimmers were injured, with 1 Dead, The Shark was identified as a Lankian Bull Shark, which are very aggressive, the Shark.

Elections in East Lankia finally end Yesterday, Jackson Rodgers to serve Again

Elections in East Lankia ended Yesterday, Jackson Rodgers was elected for his Second Term as President of East Lankia, he was voted for by 76% of people who voted, Josiah Hodge has become the New Vice President, Jackson Rodgers has been known for his Contributions to East Lankia, Including almost Eliminating all Homelessness in East Lankia, with it dropping from over 900,000 people without a Home, to only a Estimated 40,000.

Tensions Rise between East Lankia and Rehaajl, possible war in near Future

Tensions are Rising Between East Lankia and it’s closest Neighbor, Rehaajl, After a Terrorist Attack in East Lankia that almost destroyed the Capital Building, The East Lankan president has reported the Following Statement:

East Lankia is not in Danger at the Moment, Citizens have nothing to fear of Airplanes following through the houses tonight, we have reason to believe those Damn Rehaajlians have attacked us, but don’t worry, our Military is currently mobilized into Defense Mode, so if they try to make a move, we’ll be ready.

Experts say that only minutes before the Plane would’ve reached the Capital Building that the Terrorist was overpowered by a Crew Member, the crew member in question, named James Miller, is reported to have suddenly jumped behind the Terrorist, killing him and Saving the Plane, unfortunately the Terrorist had killed the Pilot, and now no one knew how to fly the plane, it crashed only a few minutes later in the Capital City of New Toron.

After a Autopsy by Lankan officials, and inspection of the Plane, officials found that the Plane has been flying from the Capital City of Rehaajl to New Toron, when a Terrorist from Rehaajl took control of the plane, and threatened to destroy the Capital Building if his demands weren’t met.

Over 412 People died or were Injured in the Attack, mostly civilians who had been driving on road where the Plane Crashed at.

Tensions Still rising between East Lankia and Rehaajl, possible peace talks in Future

Tensions continue to Rise between East Lankia and its Neighbor, Rehaajl, the Two Nations have been at Each-others necks for the Past Weeks, and was is still a Looming possibility, a few days ago the Government of East Lankia released the statement saying that Peace Talks would begin between Representatives of both Nations, and these peace talks were hopefully going to help Relations better between the two nations, with the Government saying:

We believe that Starting Peace Talks with Rehaajl with help ease our Tensions with each other, there Government has already agreed to send there own Representative, and we will soon begin the Talks

Citizens across the Nation are still Skeptical of the Rehaajlians though, with many of them saying they’d rather destroy them then work with them, if East Lankia we’re to get involved in a War with Rehaajl, it would be the First conflict they have gotten involved in for over 50 years of Peace.

The Government is Still Pressing to Ease Tensions with Rehaajl, but that doesn’t seem to be happening anytime soon, Yesterday Night a East Lankian Navy Ship shot down a Civilian Passenger plane from Rehaajl that had been flying to Martenyika, they reported that they were sure it was a Invading Military Plane, and shot it down out of Instinct almost.

The Rehaajlian Government was Furious after finding out about this, they stated that the Ship knew it was a Civilian plane, and shot it down out of Hatred against the Rehaajlian, they were even more furious about the fact that, if several coincidental events hadn’t taken place, the Leaders Son would’ve been on that Plane for a Diplomatic Mission, which made them more furious.

After the Incident the President of East Lankia came out to make a speech, saying:

I am very sorry to the Rehaajlian people who had to die on that flight, we are doing everything in our Power to make sure our Navy never makes a mistake like this again, and we are thankful the Leaders Son wasn’t on that plane, our Sincerest Apologies to the Rehaajlian Government.

This is all the News we have right now on the Issue, but let’s hope war doesn’t start soon.

East Lankan News for 9/30/22

Peace Talks to start between East Lankia and Rehaajl, let’s hope they go Well.

Following the Events of the Past Week, East Lankia and the Neighboring Nation of Rehaajl have had Rising Tensions, Governments of Both Nations are Worried about a War Starting between the Two Nations.

Peace Talks are Being Planned between the Two Nations, the meeting is planned to be held later this month in the Nation of Najimam, Najimam is a Neutral Nation to both sides, and was Chosen for this Reason, East Lankia will be sending a Representative named Malachi Blackwood, the Rehaajlian Representative remains Unidentified.

Plans were Originally made for The Leaders of both nations to meet together instead, but after Jackson Rodgers, leader of East Lankia, caught a rather nasty case of Severe Chronic Diarrhea, he was declared unfit to Attend the meeting.

Let’s just Hope that the Meeting goes well and the War does not break out.

Hurricane Barry to Make Landfall in East Lankia Soon, Millions of People have already Evacuated.

Meteorologists have reported the Landfall of Hurricane Barry, a rather sever Category 5, will be making Landfall in East Lankia soon.

Hurricane Barry formed near the Equator just South of Martenyika on Tuesday, and has since then been Moving in a Eastern Direction towards East Lankia, Hurricane Barry is expected to cause massive flooding and heavy rain when it hits the West Coast of East Lankia tomorrow.

Evacuations of Major Cities along the West Coast of East Lankia has already began, with already a Estimated 3.8 Million people Evacuating to the West, Experts are saying this is Possibly the Largest Mass Movement of People in all of Lankan History.

Hurricane Barry will Bring Severe Flooding and Storm Surges to the East Lankian Coast, and it’s being predicted that Most Major Cities will go Partially Underwater, and that Heavy Downpours will begin, most Citizens are being Evacuated to the Mountains of Central Lankia, where they will be mostly Safe from the Flooding.

Let’s just Hope that Hurricane Barry is less Catastrophic then Being Predicted.
