Finding that there is widespread use of profanities outside of official World Assembly resolutions, including in debates surrounding World Assembly proposals, as well as a certain dimension which -- for legal reasons -- cannot be named,
Understanding, however, that the topic of profanities seems to be be subject to a continued controversy,
Concerned that this controversy has led to such things as the censoring of profanities in "Commend G-Tech Corporation", the calling out of countless ambassadors merely for utilising profanities, and a general reduction in the degree of humour present in this most august body,
Knowing that a World Assembly declaration is therefore needed to take an official stance on profanities and -- in particular -- their use in the World Assembly,
The World Ass-embly declares as follows, subject only to those restrictions imposed by omnipotent deities _
- All entities should refrain from condemning or otherwise calling out any ambassador merely for using profanities in the context of World Assembly debates, drafts, or proposals. Accordingly, no ambassador to the World Assembly should refrain from supporting any proposal due to its, or its author's usage of, profanities. Further, ambassadors should not be ashamed to utilise profanities in the same context.
- The above notwithstanding, no ambassador should feel pressured to utilise profanities in the context of World Assembly debates, drafts, or proposals. Accordingly, the coercion or attempted coercion of any World Assembly mission or ambassador to utilise profanities in the context of World Assembly debates, drafts, or proposals, should be treated as a condemnable act.
- In addition to the fact that they should be considered acceptable to use in the context of the World Assembly, profanities should also be considered acceptable outside of simply the context of the World Assembly. Therefore, be it formally declared that swearing is fucking fine.
