Is A Nuke Ceasing your Nation To Exist?

Yes, when your nation gets nuked it gets permanently destroyed.

No nukes in N day don't do anything to your nation, so it'll be fine.

No, N-Day (Nor getting your nation nuked during it) does nothing to it gamewise, N-Day wise though if you get nuked enough your nation will no longer be able to praticpate.
