What is Comunipro?
The Commonwealth of the United Proletariat (also known as Comunipro) is an international alliance of communist, socialist, and other similarly egalitarian nations and organizations or political parties. It is dedicated to bettering present and future conditions of the working class and all other peoples who are disenfranchised or exploited. It is not a military alliance aimed at "spreading communism across the globe", but rather a network of cooperation that strives to aid humanity through a variety of actions such as humanitarian aid.
Why was Comunipro Founded?
Since the dawn of civilization, when the early kings first established their rule over mankind, there has been a desire to be free. It was the dream of our forefathers to see the shackles of the unjust broken, to cast off the yoke of servitude and live free from extortion. How many have been trampled and starved, hoping for a brighter future? How much blood has been spilt to quench that great unquenchable appetite of the greedy? To our ancestors, the answer was unclear. They could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. To them there would always be kings and emperors. To them there would always be wars and genocides.
Today we live in an enlightened era. One where the exploitation of mankind is no longer seen as a necessity. Some still cling tight to their power, but others have taken up that bright torch of freedom and equality and carry on towards the coming dawn. In this age those who fight for the workers, serfs, and slaves of the world must band together to survive until the day comes where humanity is free from enslavement and abuse.
But those who champion the disenfranchised have found themselves disunited, scattered among the various alliances that have pit brother against brother in unnecessary conflicts. Imperialism as returned once more as states begin to wage wars of personal gain. Colonialism, slavery, genocide...the freedoms of humanity are threatened to be cast back into the darkness of old.
Thus the call has gone out for all parties and nations dedicated to fighting for the workers of the world to join the Commonwealth of the United Proletariat, known also as Comunipro, an alliance dedicated to the future of the working class in its struggle against imperialists, fascists, and the bourgeoise. We must work together in cooperation to safeguard the people from those who would seek to exploit us. We must stand united, lest the amoral and the power-hungry shall trample us under their boot and enslaved us once more. Alone we can find no strength, it is only in joining together that our cause may be solidified and our voices heard.

Charter of the Commonwealth of the United Proletariat
As Defenders of all Working Class Peoples, it is our duty to stand united in the face of those who would see us destroyed and enslaved. Knowing the feeble strength of one, committed to the betterment of the world for all of humanity present and future, rejecting the promises of self enrichment, dedicated to the welfare of those in need, and working towards an end to all systems of slavery, we therefore ratify this charter for the establishment of the Commonwealth of the United Proletariat.
ARTICLE I
Section 1. It is the mission of the Commonwealth of the United Proletariat to increase cooperation between all nations and organizations in the struggle for the emancipation and betterment of all working class peoples and act as a single, united body against external and internal threats to the peace and prosperity of Humanity.
Section 2. All principles of the Commonwealth of the United Proletariat are based on the inherent equality of all Humankind and the sovereign equality of all its Members.
Section 3. In order to further cooperation between Members and protect the rights of Members, all Members of the Commonwealth of the United Proletariat shall abide by this Charter and by all legislation that itself abides by the laws and limitations set forth in this Charter.
Section 4. All Members agree to give the Commonwealth of the United Proletariat every assistance in its actions that abide by this Charter, and may not give assistance to any state or organization that actively stands against the Commonwealth of the United Proletariat.
Section 5. Members shall settle all disputes with other Members in a manner which does not disrupt international peace, justice, or security.
ARTICLE II
Section 1. A Council of the Proletariat, composed of delegations from all Members, shall be convened to deliberate and vote on all matters within the scope of this Charter. Each Member shall have the right to one vote on any proposition, except in the case of a proposition which was proposed prior to said Membership.
Section 2. Only one legislative proposition may be brought before the Council for voting at a time and each shall be reviewed in the order received. A legislative proposition currently under consideration by the Council may be tabled by majority vote but cannot remain tabled for longer than three months from the time it was first tabled.
Section 3. Any vote brought before the Council will be open for one week or until a majority of Members have submitted their votes. Once a majority of Members have confirmed their choice, the vote will remain open for an additional 24 hours or until all Members have voted. If a proposition is not voted on by a majority of the Council it shall be discarded.
Section 4. The Council does not have the power to create a standing army, enact conscription, deny any person or group basic human rights, or change domestic policy in a Member nation in ways not enumerated in this Charter.
Section 5. The Council may, by majority vote, call for a referendum to deliberate a proposed Amendment to this Charter or propose a new Charter entirely. The Council will then vote for the aforementioned proposition. A two-thirds majority is required to pass a new Amendment. Unanimity is required to ratify a new Charter.
ARTICLE III
Section 1. A temporary Judicial Court of judges shall be established to preside over the trial of a Member accused by another Member of being in violation of the Charter or any established legislation.
Section 2. The temporary Judiciary will be comprised of an odd number of judges, numbering 1/3 of the total Membership but not exceeding five in total, selected by sortition from among all Members not directly involved in the present dispute. A number of judges less than 1/3 of the total Membership is permitted if there are not enough eligible candidates to fill all Judiciary seats.
Section 3. All who are brought before the Judiciary shall be considered innocent until proven otherwise.
Section 4. All who are brought before the Judiciary shall not be tried for charges from which they have already been acquitted or convicted of except in the case of a mistrial.
Section 5. All who are brought before the Judiciary are to be guaranteed a fair trial. Both the accused and accuser must be given equal opportunity to present their case and must be judged with impartiality. If a 2/3 majority of the Council deems any trial to be a mistrial, the verdict shall be discarded and a second trial will begin under a new Judiciary.
Section 6. Should the Judiciary unanimously find the accused guilty, it shall determine an equal punishment from among an exhaustive list: Reparations, increased tariffs, embargo, removal or ban from any office within the Commonwealth of the United Proletariat, rescission of agreements, cancellation of beneficial projects, cessation of aid, and suspension or revocation of Membership.
Section 7. Should any member of the Judiciary be found to have their judgement demonstrably biased by means of bribery, coercion, preexisting diplomatic or personal relations, conspiracy, or any other such corrupting act or force it shall be brought before the Council to decide on the Member's expulsion by majority vote. A retrial will then be granted with a newly selected Judiciary.
ARTICLE IV
Section 1. The Commonwealth of the United Proletariat shall be beholden to its own debts and agreements and shall not shift any debt accrued or agreement made onto its constituent Members.
Section 2. The Commonwealth of the United Proletariat shall not adopt any legislation, take any executive action, or in any other way act in a manner which violates international law.
Section 3. The Commonwealth of the United Proletariat shall not subsume, replace, or annex the individual sovereignty of any Member nation.
Section 4. The Commonwealth of the United Proletariat may align itself with or otherwise engage in diplomacy with other international organizations but is prohibited from being absorbed into any other organization or alliance.
Section 5. All Members reserve the right to leave the Commonwealth of the United Proletariat so long as they provide one week's prior notice. No penalty can be inflicted by the Commonwealth of the United Proletariat on a Member or former Member for such a departure.
Section 6. If any Member objects to a submitted application for Membership that has not yet been accepted or that has been accepted within the past 7 days it shall be brought before the Council and decided by majority vote.Signatories

The ultimate goal of Comunipro is to have a fun experience with collaborative storytelling. If that is not what you want out of an alliance, well, consider yourself officially warned. I will also retain the ability to remove any member outside the IC mechanisms in the Charter, but I reserve this only in case of emergency.
