receive funding from sales taxes.

The upside of this new mandate, is the fact that it should make shoppers a bit more diligent whenever
they go to a store to spend their hard-earned-money.

Late last night Comrade Chairman Smirnoff signed Executive Order XO-102122,
which created a new government app, which will be under the authority of the
Ministry Of Commerce ( M.O.C. ).

The new government app has been designated as G.A.R.P.
( Government App (for) Retail Purchases ).

The GARP Program will go into effective on January 1 of next year;
and will be voluntary for all citizens 19 years of age and older.

In essence, the GARP Program gives all retail consumers that use the app,
an automatic discount of 5% on all non-food and non-drug purchases;
and an automatic discount of 10% on all food and drug purchases.

It is assumed that if the GARP Program proves to be successful, that the Imperial Government
may change the Executive Order from voluntary to mandatory for all retail purchases by consumers.

The primary issue against the GARP Program is the fact that the government now has the ability to
know who buys what, when, and where; however, the Minister of the Ministry Of Commerce ( M.O.C. )
has assured the public that such is NOT the reason for establishing GARP, and that the primary reason
to establish the GARP Program was to give the citizen-consumers a bit more of their hard earned money
back into their billfolds and pocketbooks.

themselves increases in their salaries and benefit programs.

and ALL Senior Statesmen of the Lower House of the Estates~Senates; which, up until
now ALL members of the Estates~Senates had granted themselves the power and privilege
of frequent increases in salary and benefits.

Effective immediately, any and all increases in salaries and benefits, for ALL members of both
Houses of the Estates~Senates { Upper House & Lower House }, will be granted exclusively by
Comrade Chairman Smirnoff.

Increases in salaries and benefits for ALL officials of government ( elected and appointed )
at local, state, and republic levels, will be decided by the Citizens; and will take place
during regularly scheduled elections.

The Leaders of both Houses of the Estates~Senates { Upper House & Lower House } expressed shock,
and vowed to try and convince Comrade Chairman Smirnoff that no unjust increases of salaries and benefits

whereby, any citizen within the Eurasian Federation can request that he or she be
cremated by means of fire within a furnace ( which is traditional and customary ), or be cremated
by means of cryogenics, which suspends a person in a pool of liquid nitrogen, and when removed
the person's body is simply pulverized into an extremely fine powder when pressure is applied.
