The Rejected Realms Historical Society - Who is Sagar?

I don't have time at this hour to make a nice seal for this, but later, perhaps. So I'll be brief. The Rejected Realms Historical Society is a small group of people in The Rejected Realms dedicated to recording historical events in NationStates. Part of that includes our own region's history, and that's why I'm making this thread.

The Rejected Realms first delegate, according to the earliest records we have, is an enigma named Sagar. It's believed that he was a raider, which had also raided the region Axis of Evil. Our information, however, ends at what appears to be his calling card, which he put on the World Factbook Entry of all of his targets. It simply read: E2.

We're asking that anyone with information about Sagar please reply here or contact me privately. You can send me a telegram or find me in the Discord servers of many large regions. We're hoping to hear from you!

All I could find is that Sagar (assuming this is the Sagar you are referring to)’s last activity 19 years 84 days ago after getting only 300 million-ish population and another nation named E2’s last activity was later with 600 million-ish population, 18 years 233 days ago. It would seem to signify that they were around at the same time. Perhaps they are connected? Maybe ask about the nation E2 as well?

I lost what I had typed, but I essentially wrote out that there was more to my original research on Sagar:

- He’s definitely an invader with a group that tagged regions with “E2.”
- He’s likely English, the whole group used niche British references.

One thing I did miss was that “Who Ate All The Pies?” was also the title of a football autobiography released in Jan 2003 (right time frame), so you might be looking at a Coventry / Liverpool fan. The wrestler that Tom Molloy referenced was from Liverpool. But that doesn’t line up with the E2 connection. Dunno.

I think either E2 was a bunch of Multis or a bunch of school friends where one player likely was more interested in the game than the rest and followed his/her lead. You’re looking for someone in their mid-30s today probably, but there doesn’t seem to be enough breadcrumbs to me to find them.

Your best bet is they played another game or joined a forum outside of NS with similar names, or they or friends returned to NS with different accounts later on briefly for the nostalgia.

That chant isn't specific to any team. It's widespread across British football.

E2 is also a postal code in the UK. We speculated previously that Sagar might have been either involved in or just around during the UK's postal code gang wars (he was probably a teenager at the time.) The E2 area had a number of gangs operating within it during that time. I checked out an article about it from The Times, but my free trial expired already, heh. He may very well have been part of one such gang. Teens make stupid decisions like that all the time.

Of course that doesn't help find any information on Sagar within the context of NationStates. None of us considered checking out other polsims for information. Probably because I'm not convinced it could yield information relevant to Sagar or E2 in NationStates. Now that I think about it though, it's possible they might have made a forum for their activities in other polsims. This might be worth checking out.

Yeah I know, just thought the timing of the book might be significant. One of the names is a character from a movie that came out that month.
