About
In a world that seems to continually devalue culture and art as excellent solutions for various social areas such as crime, for example. The I.C.O emerged precisely to strengthen the responsibilities and investments of member countries in the culture of their own countries, and of others too, the organization is peaceful, without involvement in any military conflict, and any country can participate. We promote union and alliance between our countries, through culture, as many may know, culture has the power to unite entire populations, in addition to helping the most vulnerable people, through the generation of opportunities in the cultural sector, and in the investment of new talents.
International Cultural Treaty
Article I: All member countries must allocate at least 1.5% of their GDP to help the ICO maintain its foundations and invest in the culture and art of all members.
Article II: Like the ICO, its member countries will need to determine quotas for investments in culture and the arts, and they will need to achieve these objectives, the presentation of these objectives will be made through appointments with the president of the ICO, and representatives of all other member countries, those who do not present themselves, may send the shares via telegram to the ICO administration (AFR).
Article III: By joining the ICO, every member country will have a duty to show support and help to the cultural and artistic sector, and the people who are and who want to join this sector.
Article IV: Member countries could not take any action to impede freedom of expression in the arts sector.
Article V: Member countries will be prohibited from taking any action with the aim of suppressing, extinguishing the culture/art of their country.
Article VI: Any kind of use of art to control the people, or any mass population, will be condemned, and fought by the ICO, not militarily, but diplomatically.
Article VII: The ICO, and its members, will also have a duty to promote and support festivals and other international cultural demonstrations, in addition to the ICO and its administration supporting the admission of artists to these same festivals.
