DISMAYED that the crime rates in the WA member nations are increasing, the Assembly had to find a way to end it.

APPALLED that some nations have high crime rates,

GRANTED that an effective police force in a nation is established,

The council must find a way to stop high crime rates and lower it significantly. Hereby amends to the assembly, East Diegustasta.

but it's a reduction in crime rates. why would I approve a resolution that reduces a crime rate when I support crime? this resolution is concerningly one-sided towards nations that oppose crime, i think the author should consider both sides of the argument

Then, I recommend you spend some weeks observing how other people write their proposals in this forum, try to engage with them a little through RP and such, and only then try to write another proposal.

The proposal in its current state is not legal. It is also barely a proposal. A good resolution consists of three things: a problem to solve, a policy taken to solve it, and an implementation of that policy. There is no policy here, though the soft whispers of an implementation ("please find out what policy to implement for me please") are present. Large portions of the proposal need working on.
