The Security Council,
Noting Realm of the Whispering Winds (henceforth “the Realm”) as a peaceful region which was once home to a flourishing native community and regional government,
Saddened by the abrupt collapse of Halcyon Nova, the nation that was once Founder and World Assembly Delegate of the Realm, leaving the region’s administration to Jolx as the native Delegate since November of last year,
Abhorred that in the early hours of August 7th 2022, an invading coalition seized the delegacy of the Realm against the wishes of the natives and dismissed the legitimate regional government,
Cognizant that the militaries presently involved in this occupation have long-standing policies celebrating and encouraging region destruction, be it temporary or irreversible,
Recalling with concern the occupations of A Liberal Haven and The Mystical Council, two senselessly destructive invasions led by the same parties involved in the occupation of the Realm, where both regions were subjected to destructive behavior, the latter being completely destroyed, leading to the forced displacement of its population and the loss of its regional history,
Believing that the passage of this Liberation is necessary by the Security Council to ensure this region is spared from permanent destruction by its malignant colonizers,
Hereby liberates Realm of the Whispering Winds.
