PART 1: TALIBANADA ARRESTS POP STAR

The C.P.V.P.V. (Committee for the Protection of Virtue and Prevention of Vice) announced today that it has arrested pop star Dustin Beaver on charges of manslaughter, aiding enemies of the Caliphate, insulting fallen war heroes, disturbing the public order, resisting authority, obstructing emergency personnel, blocking a public roadway, criminal damage, and trespassing. Beaver was charged in connection to an unauthorized concert held on Saturday in front of the Majlis (Parliament) in the capital al-Atawah, in which he performed songs with anti-war lyrics demanding an end to the invasion of Sweden and Finland. Al-Atawah police stopped the concert and attempted to detain Beaver, but had to retreat after coming under attack by the crowd of fans, some throwing rocks and bottles at them; a police car was also vandalized and torched. In response to the attack on police, the mayor declared the gathering unlawful and ordered everyone to disperse, but the crowd remained defiant and firmly stayed, so tear gas and rubber bullets were used on the protestors. Scores of people were arrested including Beaver, dozens were injured, and two were killed; a woman fell down and was trampled to death, and a man who used his SUV to ram a police bus, injuring 5 officers, was fatally shot. At one point during the chaos, Beaver broke free of the police's grasp and eluded them a short distance, but was quickly recaptured. He is now pending trial, being held in an undisclosed location under constant surveillance so that his fans cannot help him escape; the date, time, and place of his trial is also being kept secret to avoid attracting protestors and press.

The Talibanadian government responds by saying "Justin Beaver? We don't know who you're talking about. Did you mean Dustin Beaver? He is not going to be released. He is going to be put on trial for high crimes and treason against the Caliphate." The Khalif powers up his Wrath of Allah doomsday weapon and points it at the Roman ships. "Don't try me," he warns. "Or the destruction will be mutual."

PART 2: TALIBANADA SENTENCES POP STAR TO DEATH

The High Islamic Sharia Court of Talibanada finds Dustin Beaver GUILTY AS CHARGED on all counts and sentences him to DEATH. Beaver has 72 HOURS to leave the Caliphate; if by that time he does not find a nation willing to take him in, his sentence shall be carried out.

Hintuwan humbly offers to take in Dustin Beaver as an exile of Talibanada. We will provide him with full citizenship as well as the rights which entail it. We ask the Caliphate for continued graciousness and respect for human dignity by accepting our request.

Animeland would be profoundly disturbed about this and would offer Dustin Beaver to be exiled to Honshu rather than be killed so brutally. Dustin Beaver plushies, holograms, Posters, and body pillows would be displayed all over Animeland by citizens (Mostly teenage girls) in protest of this event. The Animelandean government would send Dustin Beaver a free plane ticket and urge him to come ASAP.

PART 3: TALIBANADA DEPORTS POP STAR

The Khalif is bewildered that so many states would want to give asylum to Dustin Beaver, a man he sees is a rotten traitor and terrorist. But he is going to keep his end of the bargain and deport Beaver, subject to these conditions of release:
- Dustin Beaver shall desist from any activities intended to damage the Caliphate and its international relations. This includes anti-government performances, demonstrations, and electronic communications.
- Beaver's person, residence, and vehicles shall be subject to surveillance measures including video monitoring and GPS tracking.
- Beaver shall not be issued a passport or permitted to leave his new nation without seeking clearance from the Committee for the Protection of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (C.P.V.P.V.).
- All of Beaver's mail, email, and social media accounts shall be preserved for 180 days and made available to the C.P.V.P.V. for routine and random inspections.
- Talibanadian diplomatic, consular, and government staff shall be permitted to make regular visits to Beaver's residence to check on his welfare, guarantee that his human rights are being respected, and monitor compliance with the conditions of release.
- The aforementioned staff shall be afforded diplomatic immunity for all such visits and shall not be arrested, detained, or hindered from their official duties.

The Islamic Caliphate of Talibanada shall relinquish custody of Dustin Beaver to the requesting state upon receiving diplomatic assurance that it will undertake to uphold these conditions of release, and promptly notify the Government of Talibanada if any breaches of this agreement occur. States have no later than 48 HOURS to send one civilian or government (not military) aircraft to retrieve Beaver. The aircraft will be escorted by fighter jets of the Talibanadian Air Force and guided to the airport. The pilots must carry enough fuel for a round trip, comply with all instructions of the fighter escorts and air traffic control, and not deviate from the assigned flight path unless there is a true emergency. If aircraft from more than one state arrive, Beaver shall be permitted to choose any one of them to fly out on. Once the deportee has boarded, that aircraft and all others must immediately depart Talibanadian airspace and not return.

OOC: Please post the aircraft and size of delegation (5 people maximum) you're sending. Because of runway limits, different planes will be sent to different airports. Once Beaver decides which one to go on, he'll be taken out of prison and brought to that airport.

As The jet lifted off the Roman Aircraft carrier the pilots made course to Talibanadian airspace. The jet was escorted by roman fighter jets until they made it to the edge of Talibanadian airspace. Aboard the unarmed jet were Minister of diplomacy Atalanta Bravdo, Special forces operatives Quantum Torreto as pilot, Ara Quorana as a medic and guard, Terra Aquilion a sniper and guard, Alessandro Aquilion Light machine gunner and guard, And Emperor Jaguar Aquilion disguised as Terrantio Terrance The spec ops leader and another guard. Everyone on the flight was armed with their honor weapons and in the case of the Special forces their assigned weapons. The Jet itself was a modified passenger plane, it ha every amendity anyone could ask for and considering the long flight back to the mainland they needed it. Everyone on the flight had a freindly demeanor, joking around with each other. There were a few reasons They wanted to evacuate Dustin Beaver to the imperuim

With minutes to spare before Dustin Beaver gets executed, the government of Talibanada is informed that another country wants to take him, the Roman Empire. Beaver is bundled into a police bus and driven to the airport, where the Roman plane and Talibanadian fighter jets are waiting on the tarmac. Beaver is brought out of the bus by four muscular dark-skinned men armed with machine guns. He is blindfolded, his hands are tied behind his back by rope, and his legs are chained together by iron shackles. He is also wearing a GPS tracking bracelet on his ankle, which he would have to wear as condition of his parole and the Roman government has agreed to enforce. The armed men forcefully grab Beaver and march him to the plane. "Take him and go!" one of them shouts gruffly. Another one gives him a sharp push in the direction of the plane. "Get out and stay out, bitch boy!" As Beaver shuffles towards the plane, still blindfolded and shackled, one by one the fighter jets start their engines and taxi to the airstrip. They are ready to take off and escort the Romans back out of Talibanada.
