I think what they're trying to say is that by starting so many project regions you're likely to bury yourself in incomplete projects that never quite take off because your attention is torn half a dozen or more directions, and that it might be better in the long run to pick one and stick with it. Enthusiasm is all well and good, but if it's unfocused it's not going to accomplish much. Seen similar happen with overenthusiastic newcomers to the WA machinegunning proposals to the detriment of all of them when their efforts would probably be more effective focused in on one particular draft. Similar applies to building regions; you only have so much time in any given day to devote to NS stuff, and that time is likely better spent focusing on one or two main projects instead of a whole lot of them.

I like the spirit of this endeavor; one that is a safe, supportive space that raises positive awareness. In doing so, you will find that it is best to approach others in respectful, courteous manner, which will endear both yourself and others towards your project. People won't want to associate with your region unless they are treated right which goes hand in hand with your stated purpose to provide a positive supportive environment. As you are new to regional management, you would profit well from the experience and guidance of others. To this end, there are numerous guides around NS to help people such as yourself learn the basics of region growth and management. But it all starts with having the right attitude and the focus and care to support your project long term, by putting in the work needed on a consistent basis. Take care and I wish you well. Remember, it is better to make friends than enemies.
