Basically, of the ethnic group or groups which make up a singificant portion of your country, what is their genetic makeup like in the context of real world populations?

The Hatterlese are closest genetically to modern Austrians, but many people have recent ancestry from Europe that is not the same as "Old Stock" Hatterlese

The Piscatanian population is rather diverse owing to its place in the new world, but its two largest pillars are Western European (Mostly from the British Isles) and Amerindian (from a wide variety of tribes).

It is estimated that a narrow majority of the Piscatanian Population is "Euro," (defined as containing 7/8ths or more heritage from European origin). While a large portion of the genetic makeup of the country is from the British Isles, a smaller share of Euros have British ancestry than in the following category.

A considerable percentage, in the high 30s, is considered "Merro," Which is "defined as not having 7/8ths or more heritage within any particular race." The most common mixture by far is between (mostly British) European and Amerindian, though all other conceivable mixtures exist and fall into this category. Racemixing was generally not considered very taboo in most of Piscatanian history, with rates of intermarriage (mostly European men to Amerindian women at first, but then Merro and even full Amerindian men to Euro women in the subsequent generations) being as high as 96% of marriages in the land in the early days of colonization.

People of African, Asian, and full Amerindian heritage are each about 4% of the population

They overwhelmingly spoke Spanish and identified as mestizo. Other settlers came from Mozambique, Congo, India, Russia, and Japan, all experiencing deep employment crises and economic depressions in the 22nd century when the terraforming project began. Those of a darker and yellower complexion, who did not speak the English language, were not Protestant, were not straight, were forced into tenancy working on company farms in order to produce food for export back to Earth.

Their wages often could not buy frequent trips back to the homeworld, and though humanitarian groups and laws instituted by the same national governments and companies in whose interest it was to continue the extraction projects with greater pace attempted to aid the Lunar poor, the reality was that many could nor afford or desire to return to Earth in order to maintain Earth-average bone growth.

Left to the mercy of the lunar gravity, human limbs grew longer and thinner over the generations, and this developed its own association with poverty and race, and soon became a symbol distinguishing a person as ethnically lunar, though many privileged company management families purchased machines capable of maintaining an Earth look without having to go there, this was very much not affordable for the vast majority of the working tenants.

Compared to the rest of the British Isles, levels of E1b1b are slightly elevated; this may suggest that Emneshire served as something of a refuge for pre-Indo-European peoples against the spread of the Indo-European cultures. Alternatively, it has been suggested that a number of individuals with haplogroup E1b1b may have been introduced during the height of the Phoenician era in antiquity. There are also a number of individuals who carry the rare Y-DNA haplogroup T; it is unknown whether these individuals represent the effects of population migrations from the near east or if they are representative of an ancient indigenous European population.

We do have cultural and linguistic groups that coincide with Germans, Slavs, Hungarians, Latins/Romans (French, Italian, and Romanian in particular), Greeks, and so on, with a myriad of migrants that have made our realm their new home.

The Boldonian population is mostly American due to its history of being a US territory. Of those most are ethier white, Hawaiian, or from some other US pacific territory. The previous native population, which was already small to begin with, was wiped out by the Spanish in the late 1400s to the early 1500s, so there are no "native Boldonians".
