actually, no that is not truth at all

every cards that are alive have an equal chance of being draw. but yeah, you have less chance to draw a legendary card, then a common card, but globally, you have the same chance of drawing a certain legendary, then a common.

Some cards represent nation that are inactive or do not exist anymore, those card have less chance to be draw.


We don't know how Rank are decided exactly. but think of them as (how UNIQUE your nation is) in comparison to all other nations.

plus, there are 10% then cards might be chosen from all cards, rather just those who represent alive nation.

That is true, with lower rates for ex-nations.

rough estimate:

0.1% legendary
1% epic
3% ultra rare
7% rare
22% uncommon
67% common

That's the distribution of all cards in S2. This was close to the pull-rate at the start of S2, but since that time many nations ceased to exist. The lower rarities had a higher chance of cte'ing, so the pull-rates for example dropped drastically for commons and easily doubled for legendaries.
