The Kalisight Trading Organization is an export program launched by an alliance known as the Kalisight Treaty Organization, as a signatory of Resolution 3. The KTO Exports is a composition of public and state-owned businesses or means of production, all in a singular selling entity. The KTO Exports is a place for their member-states to sell products with enforced discount prices compared to the original, along with having a shared profit and regulations. The KTO Exports are made to increase trade and exchange with other non-member states, and to add convenience to some of the KTO Member-State markets. All of these are made possible with the ideas from the States of Gonswanza, Janpian Union, and Raespulyke Hyramalunde (Hiram land).
KTO Organization
The KTO Exports is a a single unified storefront from each member state, that wishes to register their companies under a single "parent" branch. The said executive group will be composed of all representatives of the subsidiaries under the control of the "parent branch", in which, all subsidiaries are subject to a joint health and worker's standards or regulations as provided by the Resolution 3. Companies under this venture agreed to provide all necessary funding for operations and other expenses under a fair market value, along with providing tariffs or discounts onto their products, to make the company more competitive. However, any companies going along with labor exploitation, corruption, aiding KTO enemies, or anything thereof under the joint venture, are subject to being ejected from the said venture.
As such, the KTO Economic Investigation Board is established, whose mission is to apprehend and keep the companies in check, following KTO laws and regulations.
Terms of conditions and sale:
The KTO Exports is open for all neutral states, KTO allies, or their Member-states. States that have an anti-human rights record, or anything thereof, cannot acquire on any KTO Export products. The products of the KTO cannot be modified or resold, unless the member-state selling the said item permitted to do so. Furthermore, the KTO or subsidiaries have the right to decline sale
