Introduction

Welcome to the eleventh edition of the CMFA Mandalanusa Cup (formerly CMFA Melayu Archipelago Cup). The CMFA Mandalanusa Cup is the most prestigious football championship in the region of Mandalanusa (formerly Melayu Archipelago). The championship is organized and managed by the regional football confederation named Confederation of Mandalanusa Football Associations (CMFA).

Participation

Any nation who wants to participate in the championship must first be an active member of the CMFA and membership to the CMFA is limited to Mandalanusan nations only. Membership to the CMFA will be revoked if the member nation signs up for the IAC. Therefore, only Mandalanusan nations not competing in the IAC are eligible to participate in the CMFA Mandalanusa Cup.

Each user may enter up to two nations. The second nation, known as a puppet must be declared and confirmed by the first nation.

Sign up for the championship in this thread. Submit your host bid in this thread too if you wish to host the tournament. Hosting shall be determined by a host bid vote, those wishing to host should be well-versed in xkoranate. A tournament like this serves as an excellent launching point for those wishing to get into hosting.

CMFA is open to all Mandalanusan and non-Mandalanusan companies who are interested to establish a partnership and sponsorship agreement with us. We are open to establishing relationships with all types of companies except drugs, tobacco, weapons, and alcohol brand.

Host Bid

Format

The format depends on the final number of signups. The possible group stage formats are:
* 16 entrants, 4 Groups of 4. Top 2 of each Group advance to Quarter Final
* 18 entrants, 3 Groups of 6. Top 2 of each Group advance to Quarter Final alongside with 2 best third place.
* 20 entrants, 4 Groups of 5. Top 2 of each Group advance to Quarter Final

Scorination

Scorination will be done using xkoranate (v0.3.3) with NSFS formula and Skill Range between -5 to +5.

RP Bonus

RP Bonus will be given accordingly with points ranging from 0 to 3 with 3 being the most creative RP.

Experience

I scorinated the 2nd, 3rd and 8th CMFA Cup as well as 9 editions of CMFA Champions League (1st to 3rd and 8th to 13th).

With that, we will set a 48-hour deadline for the host bid. The deadline is on Saturday, 16th July 2022 at 5 am UTC (1 pm GMT 8+).

We have a host bid from Eraman. Participants of the CMFA Mandalanusa Cup 11 are eligible to vote (1 user can only vote once) on the host bid.

The two options for the vote are:
a) accept the bid from Eraman
b) re-open bids
