Dear friends from around the world,
I have been remarkably fortunate to have served the people of Nachmere as their King and Defender for twenty four years, the 29th of July this year marking twenty five years since the day I was crowned by the grace of God and the will of my people.
I had the good fortune of being the sovereign of a hard working and intelligent people, who elected wise and industrial members of Parliament, making it easy for me to appoint good governments throughout the years. For this reason my kingdom has grown wealthy and free, and I am forever in gratitude to the men and women who made it so. I am also grateful and in debt to those who served in my armed forces, the Royal Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines. When the call to arms came to defend my people, I knew I had commanders and troops willing and capable to do so. I'd also like to mention my allies and friends around the world, both in peacetime trade and in security challenges. No country stands alone, and Nachmere is a small country making our international relations even more important.
During the week of the 29th of July, I will be hosting several events to thank my people, my troops and my foreign friends.
In Nachmeriya, the old capital, I will be hosting a military parade on the 27th of July. My own troops will be on parade and I do hope to have small contingencies of foreign troops in the spirit of co-operation. Due to time and space limitations I regret only about one company of troops from each guest nation can march. A single flight of aircraft per guest nation can participate in the flyover.
On the following Wednesday, I will be holding a fleet review in Nachmere City. My Navy will be sailing through the the mouth of the Nachmere river. I again wish to extend an invitation for one ship of interested nations to participate.
On Thursday evening I shall host heads of states at the Rose Palace in Nachmere City for an official reception and dinner.
During these events the people of Nachmere will also enjoy live music shows as well as fireworks displays, food and beverage and other entertainment. Much of this is funded by the royal purse, with the rest funded by private donations.
All who wish to accept the invitation are welcome to reply with details of the diplomatic delegation, parade and naval review participation, and raise any questions that may trouble you. I am eagerly awaiting hosting all of you.
