How many people are there in THIS world?

I know, I know... "The world population is 7,753 billion people", so don't call me "stoopid". But that's not what I need. I need a result of the total population of every nation in NationStates, to calculate the average population density and then use the calculated result to calculate the approximate area of my region.
Also, can anyone tell me that how large "this planet" (NationStates) is?

It's hard to quantify; there are, for example, """nations""" that lay claim to multiple multiverses, and nations that actively roam to destroy them.

The game says that this nation has a population of 34.066 billion, but I play it as actually having a population of "only" just under 20 million instead.

A quadrillion, at least. Seeing the average population of an NS nation is 4,294,920,000 (looking at the population analysis tab) and the fact that there are 261,107 nations at the time of this message's writing, the total population is (extremely roughly) 1,121,433,676,440,000.

I'm like this but in reverse. For the world in 2050 to have a population of 200 million something absolutely catastrophic would have to happen.

By a lot. The current population density of earth is around 59.11 persons/km² (assuming my source is correct.) This is 740 times less than NationStates' calculated population density. The sun is 100 times larger than the earth. That means as a planet, NationStates would be nearly 7½ times the size of the sun.
