Individual justice and human rights and intrinsic collectives, irrevocable foundations that make sense of historical legitimacy and the legal and institutional of Dietsland, are the basis of the Dietsland Republic.

The Dietslandian nation, its language and its culture are thousands of history.

Dietsland today restores its full sovereignty, lost and long long -awaited, after decades of honestly and loyally trying to institutional coexistence with peoples.

The people of Dietsland are a lover of law, and respect for the law is and will be one of the angular stones of the Republic. The Dietsland State will comply with and will legally fulfill all the provisions that make up this declaration and guarantee that the legal certainty and the maintenance of the subscribed agreements will be part of the founding spirit of the Dietsland Republic.

The Dietsland Republic is an opportunity to correct the current democratic and social deficits and build a more prosperous, fairer, safer, more sustainable and more supportive society.

By virtue of all that has been exposed, we, democratic representatives of the people of Dietsland, in the free exercise of the right of self -determination, and in accordance with the mandate received from the citizens of Dietsland,

1- We constitute the Dietsland Republic, as an independent and sovereign state, of law, democratic and social.

2- We have the entry into force of the Law of Legal and Founding Transitory of the Republic.

3- We begin the constituent, democratic, citizen, transversal, participatory and binding process.

4- We affirm that Dietsland has the unequivocal desire to integrate as quickly as possible in the international community. The new state undertakes to respect the international obligations that are currently applied in its territory and to continue to be part of the international treaties.

5- We appeal to the states and international organizations to recognize the Dietsland Republic as an independent and sovereign state.

6- We call on each and every one of the citizens of the Dietsland Republic to make us worthy of the freedom we have given and build a state that translates into action and conduct the collective inspirations.

We, the Visegrad Empire, believe in the self-determination of peoples and the possible establishment of new states, however, the constitution of this new state will not be recognized by the Visegrad Empire for security reasons, a new state so close to the imperial borders and separated from it only by Germany, it is dangerously close to the Prussian and Transylvanian independence movements, which could take it as an inspiration to proselytize the Visengradian population.

In addition to these already well explained reasons, a new state close to the Empire allegedly allied with GENA, and therefore with Muqaddasia, which does not have good relations with the empire due to the Treaty of Helsinki, this new state would be a danger to Imperial security, even if it aligned with the KTO, as that would mean throwing it into the arms of the Galapagos, also an enemy of the Empire.

For this reason the Visegrad empire does NOT recognize the Republic of Diestland, it forbids this Republic any diplomatic, commercial and other type of relationship with the Visegrad empire.

The Federal Government of the Aquaria would like to send its congratulation to the Dietslandians and the Dietslandian Republic for their independence. You have the courage and determination to fight against those who have suppressed the people for a long time.

The Aquaria will recognise the independence of the Dietslandian Republic, announcing its government being the sole effective administrator of its territory. The Dietslandian people have their own right to commit self-determination and choose their fate.
