Louis Le Fils straightened his arm as he lifted the sleeve of his Royal Dress to have a look at his watch. It was ticking at 13:01 PM St. Marseillaise time. He took a look out of his black Mercedes window and was lost somewhere in his deep thoughts as he was gazing at the modern metropolis of Tacha. Tall Skyscrapers downtown graced his eyes as he watched people go about their everyday business.

It had been a long and exhausting flight and his eyes were tired. As he was lost in his thoughts his personal secretary Georgés Pomedou disturbed his thoughts with:

‘‘Monsieur, In five minutes we will be outside the headquarters of Angelical Cross Organisation. What are your thoughts?’’

‘‘My thoughts about what?’’

‘‘Well, our agenda that we will be presenting in front of our colleagues.’’

‘‘The usual you know humanitarian assistance, cooperation, helping people all that kind of bureaucratic stuff.’’

‘‘Ah, I see Monsieur.’’

‘‘Have you readied my schedule and my points?’’

‘‘Yes, Monsieur.’’

‘‘Good.’’

The remaining ride was silent as Georgés figured out he wasn't in every pleasant mood and it'd be best if he left him to his own thoughts. Five minutes passed like butter and Louis de fils found himself in front of a magnificent and majestic building. Georgés said:

‘‘We have arrived, Monsieur.’’

Louis looked out and said:

‘‘Ah, Very well then.’’

The driver opened the doors for him as he stepped outside. He looked around and then looked at the building in front of him. Dozens of bodyguards were standing and a small delegation was standing outside the building to greet and welcome the diplomats. Louis was a well-seasoned diplomat and he was a personal confidant and trusted ambassador of Emperor Jéan Louis Bonaparte Vth.
Whenever a diplomatic crisis arose Louis de Fils was the man to handle it. But the passing of his wife had put a detrimental effect on his mind despite those circumstances he didn't deter to take a job as a representative in a foreign land.

Louis de fils buttoned up his Royal jacket straightened his tie and made his way towards the door. He exchanged pleasantries with the delegation from the host country and posed for a photo op as well as gave answers to some journalists after that he made his way towards the Boardroom.

He took his assigned seat with his delegation sitting behind him. It seemed he was early than anyone.

I thank you and your government. Now. The ACO is a Red Cross-esque organization, mostly focusing on the aid of nations during a war. In operations involving ACO, sans military interventions, always be neutral. You got that? The Government also wishes to dedicate a fund on helping the development of countries that desperately need it. In terms of military interventions that we could do. I so far have only heard of some. The Muqqidasian-Janpian War, the Second Hidrandian Civil War, and the Cartel Wars involving the Airden Cartel. The Charaskonian government has taken the right decision to establish an organisation dedicated to the sole purpose of humanitarian aid and helping those who are caught in the crossfire ‘‘innocent civilians’’. In that regard, we are very thankful to the Charaskonian government and appreciate their efforts to help the refugees and help the countries who pay the price of spillover of the conflicts.

I assure you that the Columbian government will fully cooperate with this organisation and its members to help the civilians and non-combatants. There is a lack of respect regarding the civilians and non-combatants alike in most wars the most recent examples can be seen in the Muqaddasian-Janpian war where the conflict has already caused numerous casualties, has devastated civilian infrastructure, and billions of dollars destroyed in property damages not to mention the destruction of the economy. Now, I believe this organisation is needed to solve these problems. International Humanitarian Coalition has so far failed in curbing the war and mitigating its losses as seen by the sabre-rattling in the Yerevan Summit.

I agree that our intervention should be to protect the innocent civilians and non-combatants suffering from the war and help those who are the victims of ethnic cleansing and genocide.
To help those people the Columbian government will donate €300 million Euros annually to the Angelical Cross Organisation Fund. We also look forward to cooperating with this organisation.’’

The ULIBOR focused on the Military against Slavery, the IHC says it focuses on diplomacy, though, I only see military catastrophe. Our operations will involve setting up field hospitals for the various militaries involved in conflicts, and the setup of humanitarian corridors and safehouses. The Charoin Government has decided to invest into the development of portable, easy to set up large tents that are able to withstand fire and is able to house 30 wounded people and staff each."

Maybe, if we managed to convince the ACO to support the KTO in this war, we could obtain new potential customers for our arms industry."

"Hm... You're right. I'll see what I can do."

Half hour later, the north-iberian representative was leaving his bulletproof car, ready to enter the ACO headquarters to denounce the nation of Muqqadasia for supporting extremist and revolutionary groups, threatening international peace and the lifes of the local civilians.

As my first action as representative, I would like to bring to debate in the ACO the imposition of measures against Muqqadasia, specially during their war against Janpia. "

After a deep breath, the diplomated pursued with the dialogue.

"I am sure that lots of nations are willing to discuss this matter, which is also urgent, since the conflict with Janpia has worsened the condition of several muqqadasian civilians.
I believe that the ACO should host an emergency session. Do you agree, sir?"

The muqqadasians decided to atack the janpian ships, officialy declaring war to them. I, as a representative of North-Iberia, believe that if this war happened was only due to the undemocratic muqqadasian policies taken against communism and their imperialist ideologies, which urged them to attack the naval blockade.
