That's right! Now you can, your diplomacy/ability to tolerate willing, send a bunch of people in suits to live in our country and we'll do the same to you! We really need to improve our image, most people in the Wasteland are either part of us, hate us or merely tolerate us. We're aiming to make sure you merely tolerate us too. And the first step towards that are embassies!
As an incentive, any nation who sets up their embassy in the New San Andreas Republic will have all embassy personnel given free access to the New Venturas Monorail in Camp International. We don't accept responsibility for your probable drunken mishaps or hooker solicitations, though. Not after last time.
Now for the boring stuff: ambassadors shall be immune from most NSAR law prosecution while within any embassy/official trips (with exceptions that will be determined on a case-by-case basis). Assuming war were declared, all diplomatic staff will be forced to leave until such time as they are deemed permitted to return. Diplomatic staff will not be permitted to leave if war was not formally declared. As for staff numbers, up to 10 diplomatic/service staff will be allowed. Families allowed on embassies only include spouses/children. A similar size of 10 staff is allocated maximum for security personnel. Such security staff are permitted to be armed with either pistol side-arms, assault rifles or non-lethal subduing equipment (i.e. Cattle Prod). Anything larger than Vom Feuer 5.56mm ammunition is not permitted. All car/transportation services will be handled by NSAR-provided cars and Vertibird helicopters.

2. Sandy Shores, the original birth-place of the Republic as the survivors of a Safe-Co Vault emerged into the ruins of one of America's shitholes.
3. Citadel, a notable trading town barely touched by the embers of America's last war, and a fine place to establish an embassy.
4. Morningwood, (formerly called San Diego for whatever reason) a state known for being south of Los Santos and being even more unbearably hot.
5. New Venturas. Deep in the Senora Desert, the New Venturas Strip has remained untouched from nuclear hellfire thanks to its mysterious benefactor, Mr. Weston. Party central, full of tourist traps, casinos and angry NSAR MPs telling troopers to get dressed and get out the fountains.
