Lotvall Plan
The Lotvall Plan, in official name the Aqua Economic and Cooperative Assistance Programme, is a financial aiding plan proposed by the Federal Economic Bureau of the Aquaria. Named after the fourth Chancellor of the Socialist Federal Republic of the Aquaria, the Lotvall Plan aims to aid the nations which are struggling to develop or having economic issue due to problems like Wars.
To participate in the Lotvall Plan, nations will have to apply with an application form in this thread. The economic aid will be needed to be paid back of at least 75% loan in the following 25 years. Please think wisely before actually applying.
Disclaimer
1. The loan borrowed from the Lotvall Plan will be directly sent to the national bank of the government.
2. All nations applied will be required to be censored on what did they do in the past.
3. The loan borrowed from the Lotvall Plan can be up to 10 Billion.
4. All KTO member nations will have the priority to be accepted.
5. All loans should be used for development only. If the applied nation is found to be very corrupted, we reserve the right to deny the application.
