While there exists a trend of broad convergence towards more homogeneous trade languages or bazaari, the most prominent being Darbar-Samaya Standard Dialect, this trend is also almost always followed with dialect divergences among different subcultures, making complete linguistic homogenization complicated at best. Furthermore, the prevalence of translation software and polyglot neural modulation generally has rendered any policy intended to promote linguistic homogenization unnecessary even for state-building purposes.

By law, our nation has no official language. Everyone is free to speak whatever language they please. However, it being a country that splintered off from the United States of America, the most commonly used language, and the language all government business is done in, is English.
The second most-common language is Spanish. Children are taught to be fluent in both English and Spanish, and all signs must be in both English and Spanish.
Chinese is also gaining in popularity, as we have had a steady influx of Chinese immigrants over the last decade.

The primary language of Norgealand is Norgealic: Originating as a creole primarily between Scots Gaelic and Old Norse, as well as the Germanic Scots language. By now it is the overwhelmingly dominant language of Ajerland, The Highlands, Skotsland, and the capital region of Jorbixr.

In the southern region of Seaxland, Saxon, a language nearly identical to Standard Multiversal English, is spoken by some, and more children learn it every year due to revitalization programs, which are especially strong due to the demand for Standard Multiversal English among governments of our Earth with even tangential relation to the world assembly, The Anglians Speak Anglish, which is very similar to Saxon but with a distinct lack of french loanwords, and is undergoing a similar process on a smaller scale. Welsh is Spoken in Wales, though its revitalization program lags behind the others.

The official languages of the United Empire are French and Italian. English and Spanish are also widely understood, especially by the younger generation, but they have no official recognition.

[Marlenka]

Marlenki (Con-lag) is the official language of Marlenka, specifically the Dormentok dialect. Malrenki has 5 main dialects but only 3 are spoken in official settings.
Dormentok, or the "Highland talk/tongue" was spoken in its current form since about the end of the middle ages, though it went through many iterations before the current from was chosen. Technically it is a [in lore] conlag since it was created by King Nürhüānsgër in order to facilitate communication with the numerous Marlenki tribes and provinces without having to learn all of their dialects.
Hárska is a very complicated dialect hailing from the island of St.Heilja, that is the original form of Marlenki when it was first ever written. Not many people speak it outside of St.Heilja but it is the language of almost all ancient Marlenki literature, and despite it being centuries old has had no major changes to it. It only has been adapted to the Latin Script in 2011.
Hëjiko is less of a dialect and more a collective term for Slang spoken by Marlenki sailors near Küne-Hërmilan. It what is lacks in technical value it makes up for in its compendium of insults, anecdotes, and songs.
Various forms of Russian, Swedish, Finnish/Hungarian and English are also spoken in Marlenka as Marlenki itself is an amalgamation of these languages with it's own twists.

Russian is the sole official language of Alaska, and is the native language of the majority of the population (around 80%). However, there is some formal recognition of prominent minority languages, ie. English (6%), Ukrainian (7%) and Japanese (2%), as well as Native Alaskan languages such as Yup'ik, Inupiat, Tlingit and Aleut, which are spoken by about 5% of people. In particular, there are government initiatives to preserve and promote indigenous languages, many of which are in danger of going extinct.

Schools in Alaska usually teach English and Spanish as foreign languages, as well as French and German, to a lesser extent. Some schools, particularly in New Archangel and Alexandrovsk, instead opt to use English as the language of instruction. In more remote areas, schools sometimes teach through the medium of an indigenous language, with Russian as a second language.

Polish is the official and native language spoken in the Polish Grand Republic. However, there exist minority languages found throughout the nation: Ukrainian, Russian, Moldovan, Georgian, Armenian, Azeri, Kazakh, etc.

There has been criticism that the revolutionary government has long incentivized and planned for the disuse and discouragement of minority languages, especially the Turkic and Chinese minority languages.

More recently, English has been growing as a second language spoken among Poles since the early 2000s. This is mostly due in part to the education reforms enacted a few years ago to enhance education among the people.

Beside those, there is bunches of languages used in the minority of the citizens. In certain republics, provinces and states, Deutsch, Sweden and Polish are also used, where French and Aqua sometimes even become a minority language for citizens there to use.

Let's talk more about the Aqua Language. Aqua is a romance language which developed its own whole system in the Aqua Continent, while with significantly less confusions on grammars, without any feminine and masculine differences, and much more loan words from Chinese, Japanese and even Korean. While being a variant of Latin for sure, it is known very distinct from Spanish, Portuguese and Italian, while you can sometimes see some similarities between Aqua and French and Polish.
