IC; My brothers for far too long have we been enslaved by the bureaucrats and diplomats who wish to sit and talk. Acting like they are the kings of the world, yet they have never left their ivory towers. We have seen what GENA is, a puppet for the bureaucrats and their plots to seize our wealth and enslave us. They act like the world peacekeeper but have they stopped any wars, the answer is no. IHC a vile den of peace loving hypocrites who wish to unjustly impose their will upon us, they destroy entire nations just because they refused to follow their laws and then act like heroes. They are charlatans at best and liars at worst.We wish to return to the good old days,when the war economy was at its strongest. Back when you could burn cities down and face no backlash, slaughter entire nations and be praised. The scum like to think they control us but we know they are nothing. Join us my brothers and let us control our destiny once again. We shall be free from the tyrants and liars, free of the scum and be free to do as we wish. We welcome you to COG and unlike the others we do not discriminate, all are welcome regardless of ideology of government for in the end we are all brothers and are all equal. We also offer gifts, those can be in the form of economic or military aid, you can refuse them if you wish. All members also have the full support of the stars should the need arise
COG Charter
Article 1: An attack on one COG member is an attack on all. All must join the defender or be expelled.
Article 2: Members states are not allowed to declare war on each other. Breaking this entails expulsion and immediate starting of hostilities.
Article 3: Unjustified use of WMDs by members states will result in expulsion.
Article 4: Major decision are to be voted on by members but the Cult of the Grand Unity has the final say in all votes.
Article 5: Trade deals between members are to be fair to both parties.
Article 6: Member states facing a crisis or underdeveloped members are entitled to economic and military aid
Article 7: Breaking of any Articles will result in demotion of rank
Article 8: Sharing of technology is encouraged.
