The government of the Federal Republic of Coliantia has given other nations the right to establish their businesses, privately-owned and state-owned, in the city of Tikaha, located about 16 kilometers near the country's capital city, Sulchi.

The city has a population of around 326,000 people and is now heavily modernized and industrialized, thanks to the rapid expansion of its economy and to the development programs of the Lubiarian company Third Industries Prime Group of Companies. A 15-billion-dollar miniature steel complex is established in the city, made through an offer by the Krow-Bockian company Evan Works Steel. Transportation in and out of the city is easy, with the Sulchi International Airport, the country's largest and busiest airport, well-connected to the city, as well as extensive railway and highway systems connecting the city through the many places throughout the country.

After talks between government officials, we have decided to allow the TLDC's ownership of TIPGI assets in the financial district. However, we will let TLDC operate under supervision to make sure that its operations and transactions are in accordance of the laws of the country. We would like to clarify that we can seize operations of the TLDC in the financial district in the situation that it defies our law.
