“They voted 5-2 against joining GCN however the Matajarbian dictator annexed it anyways. If NATO’s vote is respected ten we’ll respect the ULIBOR vote.

This Council,

Knowing the recent hope of peace in the Palestine region, and the seeming end of the conflict between the Republic of Israel and the State of Palestine;

Receiving the exciting news that both Israel and Palestine have agreed to come to a conference to discuss the matter of conflict ending and ceasefire, in Jerusalem, with the earliest date of 28 this month;

Concerned about the danger during the conference, from the threat of different other factions which do not hope for peace between Israel and Palestine, including Hamas and fellow extreme Zionist organisations;

Also, received the request by the Israeli government to the Commonwealth regarding the peacekeeping issue during the Second Jerusalem Conference;

Hereby, the Socialist Federal Republic of the Aquaria, as the incumbent chairperson state of the Commonwealth and a member state of the United Liberation Organisation (ULIBOR), demands:

1. The ULIBOR Crusader Force will replace the Aqua Federal People's Liberation Force's job to commit the peacekeeping movement during the Jerusalem Conference.

2. The ULIBOR will temporarily establish a trust territory administration government in the Palestine region, for the power transition to the proposed Federal Government of Israel and Palestine.
