Noting Refuge Isle, otherwise known as Lucabaduka, as a long-standing nation ruled by Arch-Administrator Luca with a fair hand and has demonstrated their ability in themselves as one of very few successful pillars of the international community;
Recognizing their founding of Refugia, an eco-socialist minded coaliton of nations who, in this stride, developed a close, interconnected relationship with the nations that inhabit it. From where they have:
- Paved the way, in Refugia’s extreme early development, for Refugia’s foundation through the formation of the Refugia Revised Statutes and the amendments thereafter which consolidated the meaning, purpose and values of the community and their global mission;
- Developed an interconnected informational platform of resources from that of The Admin Tower to the locally-published Eco-Report with highly advanced and elaborate layout and graphical presentation and design being one of the most complicated yet simplistic informational platforms produced by the wider community. This being present in the Refugi Graphics Depository showcasing Refugi technological advancement and design;
- In their capacity as Culture Councillor, engineered a renowned and unique monthly Word Assembly program which saw major positive effects on Refugia’s influence on the international community and also highlighting the creation of the world-renowned and followed policy on the accomplishment of integrated and concise environmental regional regulations and guidelines through the Green Week;
Praising Refuge Isle in their efforts presented to them within international military reconciliation through their primary involvement in The Order of the Grey Wardens where within their time as a valued member of the Order, from their mere role of Guardian Squire and rising through the ranks to eventual Chamberlain and Commander of the Grey, have participated in more than 1200 militia orientated missions acting as a worldwide preserver of peace and tranquility and additionally the South Pacific Special Forces, which through both organizations have notably participated in the following missions:
- The liberation of Trovons from internationally-organized invasive organizations from complete destruction in which their leadership through the coordination of nations and in their military capabilities freed the natives from oppression enslaved to them by the invasive coalitions surrounding them;
- The coordinated liberation of China from what was again, as a result of oppressive and invasive organizations, invaded and harmed through what was peaceful and prosperous times for China, mitigating their overall growth. However, saw commitment and harmonization from of forces from themselves to liberate the people of China from certain destruction and civilization collapse;
- Their involvement in the freeing of the natives of Chaylia and Liberal Democratic Union which saw the death of the region’s founding nation resulting in the invasive coalition of forces which overthrew the rightful native administration, however, was in vain through their dedication and efficient military-led interventions;
Additionally highlighting from the above that in this time, they had developed for the Order, a World Assembly endorsing program known as the Bastion Program which not only saw the much-needed exposure of the World Assembly into the mostly military-focused organization prowess it has presented itself as, saw a revival of residential nations in their recognition and commitment in furthering the Order’s influence and recognition within the World Assembly than what was previously predicted;
Praising their leadership on greater international stages through their patience, persistence and outmost of all professionalism which resulted in the passage of several World Assembly Resolutions notably including the following:
- “Responsible Land Management” which saw the inception of the Environmental Survey of the World Assembly (ESWA) who, as a body, provided crucial and informative environment oversight on the international communities’ management of land through conduction of investigations and alerting of nations appropriately;
- “Liberate Confederacy of Layem” which, through their assistance to Quebecshire, aided the international community in the use of united military forces in the invasion and renewal of the Confederacy of Layem:which advocated for the spread of hateful and violent international tendencies and cultist personality formulated through their nations;
Evaluating their involvement #1420 “Trading Climate Sours” in which their healthily and environmentally-aware intuition pointed out towards nation’s in questioning their stance or disregard of the international community’s led environmental treaty obligations;
Applauds their creation of a multi-functional mass-informational international processor known as Dot which in its capacity, pushed the Age of Enlightenment through easier, more reliable means of region manual membership recruitment, an efficient communicational and historical archive utility and a cross-regional endorsement processor function;
Observing their patient and knowledgeable cultivation of at the time, largest legendary international artwork galleries in the world which boosted Refugi economic growth and later resulted in the invention of mass-copy bank transferring;
Concluding that Refuge Isle is an international force serving the greater good of those who are within their reach and has resulted in a positive, greener change for better international community consensus and are deserving of recognition.
