I would like to gauge if anyone would be interested in an association football world cup tournament without any role-playing. I'm not against it, I just don't think it's necessary. All I need for you to do to sign up is give me your countries name, home colour, away colour and any good ideas you may think of.

Rank. Hardly anyone from the original No RP World Cup is left, so there will be no Rank bonus this time. If there is enough interest in this so that this becomes recurring, me and anyone else who shows significant interest in hosting may decide to add a rank bonus.
RP. RP will be replaced with Wittiness and Activity. Wittiness comes from saying something witty and on topic, it can be RP or just a random OOC comment. If you can take 2 minutes to say something funny and thread-related, you deserve a bonus. Activity is just what it says: activity. If you can fit in something to say, we'd love it. This will be a smaller bonus than Wittiness, and is a flat rate: either you get it or you don't.
Random. Everyone's favorite, this will play a big role in this competition. It's basically rolling dice and making funny comments.
Like CAP said, all I need is your name, your home colors and your away colors! (the colors are helpful for the memory)
Signups close once we get to 16 or 32, depending on how slow it goes. The competition will start after WC91 qualifying ends, unless a dramatic amount of people sign up.
