ACKNOWLEDGING that this body was for many years at war with Gatesville, even feebly attempting to condemn them in S.C. Resolution No. 296;

OBSERVING, that Gatesville's claims to have "won the game" cannot be demonstrated to be substantially incorrect;

CONCLUDING from the above observation that it follows that the WA has lost its war against Gatesville;

URGING the denizens of the festering snakepit known as the General Assembly to also act in accordance with the above facts;

ADMITS to defeat and surrenders.
