The Murke Construction Company with aid from the Novan-American Oil Company are willing to do the project for $175 Million with benifits for the project.

The Welephilostopian construction company Gurrow Works offers the Murke Construction Company an offer of 50-50 split of costs for the $170 million project with the workers being supplied from Gurrow Works and matierials being supplied from Murke Construction Company.

The Welephilostopian press asks both the Altrad Group and the Murke Construction Company why the way they build is the best.

After the chinks of glasses and exchange of gifts for the new arrivals bidding for the second project begins, the department of transportation goes around the room asking for future infrustructure proposals.

We have noted your proposal and are mostly satisfied with your proposal, we are gracious of your willingness to bear the cost however we are concerned that giving the rights to advertisements to you would negate our domestic businesses to be able to capitalize on our market, we would be willing to award a $15 million contract if:
A. You build the Mass Rapid Transit System not only in Vuoledo, but also in Taifield.
B. The advetisement placements are controlled by the government however the revenue is split 60% to Gralov 40% to Civia Welephilostopia.
