"We hope that the Security for Humanity International Treaty will stop dictators everywhere from acting like they can just torture people without consequences," said Alvin Ashleigh.

1. Signatories agree not to violate human rights unless absolutely necessary.
2. Signatories agree to consider discontinuing economic ties with countries that violate human rights.
