At first, I wasn't going to report this, but, given the reactions it drew and the obvious gloating that has accompanied many of this person's posts, I think it crosses the line into baiting. Certainly, taking very obvious gloating pleasure in humanitarian catastrophes is not cool under site rules.

I felt it is very clearly trolling, especially once reviewing their record.
