Who are we?
Born amidst the conflict between conflict between Muqaddasia and Janpia at the insistence of King Hrach I, the International Humanitarian Coalition (UHC) serves a single purpose: to provide neutral nations a chance to show their support for the innocent in war-torn nations. Unlike the United Liberation Organization (ULIBOR), an alliance dedicating that upholds peace through threats of war, the UHC seeks to resolve conflicts peacefully and diplomatically. As such, we are not aligned with neither the Global Confederation of Nations (GCN) nor the Kalsight Treaty Organization (KTO); but we are open to promoting better ties between the two alliances.

We, however, unlike the International Alliance for Democracy (IAD), can and will order peacekeeping operations in war-torn regions for the following purposes:
•Evacuating and protecting refugees
•Proving safe exfiltration of high-value individuals (HVIs), such as diplomats and foreign nationals
•Guarding high-value locations, such as major cultural and poorer-income areas

The IHC's jurisdiction shall not be strictly within lands controlled by neither the KTO, GCN, nor ULIBOR. Requests for aid, regardless of your nation's allegiance, economic system, or even governing system; will be answered once approved; as will your applications for admission into the IHC.

This is the IC thread of the International Humanitarian Coalition. As such, you must be admitted into the IHC before posting here.
Before we start, let's lay down a few ground rules:

Absolutely NO godmodding, nor metagaming, is allowed. Don't ruin the thread because YOU want to feel powerful.
All members must abide by the charter, NO exceptions.
Treat each other with respect. It's only a game, remember?

Hakob Saven sat down, sorting through documents detailing worldwide humanitarian crises. It pained him; knowing that such injustice continued on in the world. Perhaps that was why he, one of the king's top advisors in the National Assembly, had volunteered to take the position of President of the IHC. That, and he was able to go back to Yerevan after a year of living in Stepanakert. Nonetheless, he'd always loved his job.

He waited for the arrival of the representatives he himself had approved. Perhaps they'd be new faces; perhaps not.

Mark Villano after a 13 hour trans-ocean flight arrives and sits down with a folder with a list of several slaver nations and other war crime comting nations. After looking through them he finds one of Mammoth City's old allies and set the paper off to the side to deal with back home.

Said spending shall go into effect immediately, and the additional men will arrive shortly; within a few hours at most.
