Introducing Dae Lyeo
Dae Lyeo is an interstellar civilization located on the outskirts of our galaxy. Dae Lyeo is a monarchy where the head of state is the emperor, but the emperor does not monopolize power, and the separation of power between the emperor and the legislature, the judiciary, and the administration is established.
Dae Lyeo has been peacefully expanding their power but has been at war against Arachnis since contact with Arachnis, a militant alien race. Dae Lyeo has already been helped by countries like the United Nations and the Republic of Wolna but has decided to expand exchanges with more countries to win the war.
Regulation
All of the embassies will be set up in Shin Gyeong, the planet Mu-Gung, the capital of the empire.
The embassy staff is limited to 40 diplomatic staff, 20 security staff, and 30 service staff. The capital, Mu-Gung, is safe from the war, as Dae Lyeo's public security is stable and the Arachnis have never succeeded in breaking the outer defense line during the last 20 years of war.
Therefore, we limit weapons to swords, non-lethal weapons, all gunpowder guns (except firearms with a diameter of 20 mm or greater), and energy weapons exclusively for infantry. Prohibited weapons of mass destruction such as explosive firearms and nuclear weapons.
All embassies will be provided with two medium-sized civilian spaceships for embassy operations and two civilian spaceships equipped with Warp Drive for emergency escape in case of emergency. Other vehicles are restricted to civilian VTOL aircraft/spacecraft, civilian helicopters, and civilian vehicles. However, civilian vehicles and aircraft may include bulletproof features.
Introducing Shin Gyeong
Shin Gyeong is the capital of the empire. The skyline of tall skyscrapers and the civic park in the middle of the city center is attractive, and the city has a population of 15 million.
The entire city is protected from crime by a security system linked to a satellite network. In addition, near the Chung Mu Road District, where foreign embassies are located, there is a busy street with restaurants, department stores, and shops.
