Why do you need it anyway?

NS has a lot of features for non-supporters, you know.

as stated in the 1 stop rules shop:

Monetization/Gambling: It is against site rules to use money, a substitute thereof, or any good/service with equitable use (NS Store purchases, game keys or vouchers, e-giftcards, etc.) to incentivize or monetize any activity on NationStates, to include but not be limited to: joining or participating in a region, joining or participating in a thread, joining an alliance (roleplay or gameplay), etc. Similarly, it is against site rules to use the same as a "reward" for participation in any of the aforementioned or any "game," "contest," etc

also from this thread viewtopic.php?p=26360304#p26360304

Store Purchases

While NS Store purchases can be gifted to other players, players aren't permitted to offer or request them in exchange for anything, including for joining or remaining resident in a region. For example, it's prohibited to offer Telegram Stamps to nations who are the most active in your region.

It is additionally prohibited to promote any kind of random giveaway or raffle of NS Store purchases for any purpose.

Players may offer non-NS Store in-game goods or services in raffles or as compensation for in-game behavior; for example, you may offer Trading Cards in exchange for joining a region.

in simple layman terms JUST DON'T DO IT

Plus the supporter badge is $2.99USD if you have to ask someone to buy it for you because you can't afford it then you don't need it.

As has been stated, you are not permitted to ask for or offer gifts on-site. Do not ask again.
