Semi Finals 1 & 2 for the Landa vy Polkopiya have both concluded, meaning that it's time to reveal who will be qualifying to the Grand Final for a chance to win Polkopia's largest annual music award show. The winner of the Landa vy Polkopiya will have the opportunity to represent Polkopia at the Worldvision Song Contest - the largest music competition in the multiverse! This edition, the Landa vy Polkopiya drew interest from ten different nations, with each of them sending a team of music experts to vote on who was to qualify for the Grand Final. The two qualifying acts from each semi-final are decided in this matter, whereas the Wildcard spot is awarded to a non-qualifying entry that the Polkopian jury feels as if though it deserves a place in the Grand Final. With the four qualifiers and one Wildcard spot, there are to be five acts competing in the Grand Final, each of them vying for the top spot in the competition.

Out of those who did not qualify for the Grand Final after the international jury votes, the Polkopian jury has decided to award Stas Lisa the Wildcard slot. He will join the other four contestants in the Grand Final.

Once the Grand Final has concluded, we will have a clear and distinct winner as to who will be representing Polkopia at the upcoming Worldvision Song Contest. After the recent edition of the Landa vy Polkopiya concluded, and five acts competed in the Grand Final of Polkopia's national selection for Worldvision, it was clear quite early on that one song was to dominate the competition, winning both the jury votes and the domestic televote with a sizable margin. Polkopian techno-folk group, SKYUE, will represent Polkopia at the 99th Worldvision Song Contest with their song, Uspankova. The song will remain entirely in Polkopian, and is set to compete in the Grand Final in Carrelie.

Bob Lezar had narrowly retained his job as Talent Director at the Alpine Interior Telekast, following his leadership in RETROVISION, where he was able to assemble 80's one hit wonder Lady Ruth; and in WorldVision 91, where, when the Internally Selected Conrad Fleming caught the CoronaVirus and was barred from flying, he was able to contact SHEANTE who wrote the song "One Night In Haufenberg" on the plane ride over to Carrelie, all the while envisioning the night and experience she hoped to have.

It had been a few years since Syrche was in WorldVision, and Syrche was sitting on the brink of an economic recession. All the while One Corporation, which Bob Lezar worked for and which was the owner of Alpine Interior Telekast, was rumored to be in the midst of an Acquisition-Merger. This meant consolidation, downsizing. This meant Bob Lezar could be on the chopping block.

It was a gamble.

But what did he have to lose?

A good showing could save his place within the new company.

Petre Lemetre won the Britonish televote which pushed him past Josh Morris to win the 7th edition of Britonisea's hit show, Vha Mehlodhivestoile but with Britonisea's last Vha Mehlodhivestoile win at WorldVision being 18 editions ago, will Petre Lemetre bring the trophy home for a nation in need?

Doportedas gives 12 to Petre: As if Petre actually won Vha Mehlodhivestoile? The Britonish star has won Vha Mehlodhivestoile after six attempts...

WATCH: Petre's winning moment at VM2022!

Britonisea's Vha Mehlodhivestoile came to an end in Doportedas, the city that hosted the show's Grand Final. There was a much more laidback approach this time around - there weren't four different phases of voting in the final, it was just the usual two. There weren't 12 songs in the final, just 10. There wasn't an international pre-qualifiers round either - it was just simple old Vha Mehlodhivestoile, the format that, one could argue, used to bring Britonisea wins. It was highly disappointing when the 2021 winner, Aaliyah Banques didn't win the 90th WorldVision Song Contest and while VM2021 managed to get redemption in the form of a World Hit Festival win, BVC spent the most on last year's Vha Mehlodhivestoile only to not get the result it (initially) wanted.

This year, BVC brought back some of the most wronged former participants of the show such as Charlotte's Party, TOULOUSE, KAYLEY, Mehkl Maddox-Ajax and even Petre Lemetre himself, giving them all another chance to win Vha Mehlodhivestoile. 2022 reminded some fans of the 2018/2019 editions of Vha Mehlodhivestoile which have been hailed as the best by Britonish fans and while the graphics are remarkably better than they were four years ago, the drama, acts and the hosts say won the public over. 71% of Britonish televiewers watched the Grand Final which is a viewership of 18.37 million - over a million up on last year. It looks like Vha Mehlodhivestoile's Grand Final will be the most-watched show of the year, once again.

It was a fairytale ending for Petre Lemetre - one of the most-liked celebrities in the country, who is well-known for not doing so well at the song competition. Petre pops up from time to time and releases enough music to always feature in the Top 200 in the Britonish charts at any single moment over the past couple of years. Petre had expressed his frustration at not being able to place well at Vha Mehlodhivestoile - with his 2018 placement annoying him the most as he had won his Semi-Final, only to place last in the final. However, things changed this edition when Petre was given a star-studded team of writers, featuring T:Rodden - a former World Hit Festival winner and Guy Autriche. He not only won his Semi-Final, but managed to win the Britonish televote too. He now has to win over the International fans at the WorldVision Song Contest.

Josh Morris, who came second, is set to represent Britonisea at the 100th edition with his song, "Nightmares".

Only time will tell if Britonisea can win over voters at the 99th WorldVision Song Contest but we don't have too long to wait with the contest going live from Densmouth in Carrelie on the 28th May, live on BITC.
