[Reorganized Portugal]

Portuguese is the sole official language of Portugal. The language has an interesting history, having evolved from Latin, Celtic languages, and Arabic. The language is similar to Spanish, although there are some different vowels and pronunciations.

the official language of Liberse Morrirs is Cattese. It was officially created in 1284 by Cante Meowligheri (fourth cousin of Dante Alighieri's brother-in-law) thanks to his book The Divine Tragedy. Cante admitted in 1295 that he wrote his entire story under the influence of drugs.Italian, French, Klingon, and Hsilgne are also official languages

English and French are official languages in Hyattland. Spanish isn't official, but it's quite common.

Neturerean (ϯⲁⲥⲡⲓ ⲛⲉⲧⲟⲩⲣⲉⲣⲉ, ti:hsp ñəträre, pronounced as "ti-haSApi neTUREre), also known as New Coptic, is the official, dynastic and liturgical language of the nation. It is derived from Coptic, with major Turkic, Persian, Arabic, Indian and Chinese influences.

The national language of the Kingdom of New Luzon is Filipino, with it, English, and Spanish the official languages of the Kingdom. There is a functional bilingualism in many government services in the Kingdom: services catering to New Filipino subjects have bilingual English/Filipino signs, while those catering to Permanent Residents have English/Spanish signs.

In addition, each Duchy has at least one other local language associated with it: the Royal Duchy of Ilocandia, for example, has Ilocano as a common local language.

The official language of Delacia is Delacian (Delaciănu, [deˌlaciˈənu] like "de-la-si-UH-nu"). It is spoken in most of the country. however there are many other native languages in other parts.

English and the various regional Cactar languages are the most common languages within the UCE, with English being used in the more urban portions of the country, while Cactar languages are used more often in rural parts of the country. The Cactar language family is native to the UCE and it's neighbors, and has many different languages within it. There are two major quirks within the UCE's linguistic makeup, those being Cerean "French" and Standard Estabanian Cactar. Cerean "French" is the most widely spoken language in the southern state of Cereus, and while it is called "French" it is actually a French based creole, mixing French and the now extinct Southern Cactar. It came into being when, after the old Cactar kingdom fell to the invasion of the surrounding plateau nations, the French occupied Cereus and enforced a policy of "Francification". Every Cerean business, school, and institution was forced to switch over to French, but many people still spoke Southern Cactar at home and with friends. However, as the generations passed, more and more French grammar and vocabulary seeped into Southern Cactar, until the language had been diluted into something unrecognizable to both French and remaining Southern Cactar speakers. Once the French grip weakened and the UCE had formed, Cerean "French" cemented itself as the dominant language of Cereus. Cereus fully embraces its linguistic culture, even with the problems and oftentimes ridiculousness of Cerean "French". Standard Estabanian Cactar(SEC) is a constructed language, meant to bridge the gaps in communication between all the Estabanian Cactar languages. It was created as an initiative by the UCE government in 1942, and was assembled by an international team of top linguists to make it as useful and understandable as possible to speakers of other Estabanian Cactar language speakers. It is currently taught in every school across the country, and is widely used for communication between the different linguistic groups in the UCE.

Because Wip3d Out is a voluntary association of various nations (except for the Mars colonies, which we own ourselves), we encourage all of our member states to maintain their own distinct cultural identities, which of course, includes languages as well. As such, Wip3d Out currently has 20 official languages.

However, due to Wip3d Out's prior history with the Belmondo Foundation, 3 languages are far more commonly used than others. (English, French & Japanese)

[Skarmia]

While many languages are spoken by immigrants to Skarmia, there are four main languages spoken within the nation, divided into two national languages and two unofficial languages spoken by significant portions of the population (though not as "recognised regional" languages).

The first of these languages is Skarmic, the indigenous language of Skarmia, with polls saying that 99.6% of the population have "some knowledge" of Skarmic, yet it is estimated that it is regularly spoken by 90.8% of the population, and spoken at home by 50.3% of the population. The largest language is Beleroskovi, native to neighbouring Beleroskov, all together spoken fluently (and regularly) by approximately 96.4% of the population.

The next two languages are Ossotian and Zhincan, both spoken by just over 3% of the population, Zhincan belonging to portions of the Western Plains in Nokorik and Pochi Oblasci, and Ossotian spoken by populations in the Pochi highlands.

A large majority (over 60%) of the population is trilingual, being capable of speaking somewhat fluent English, Spanish, and Arabic, all of which hold the status of Official Language. A smaller minority of Brazilian and Portugal Portuguese is common, and French Africans are too, giving the two languages, Portuguese and French, special status of recognized language. Spibean English sounds vocally similar to British English, with the simple description of sounding smarter and more classical. Spibean Spanish lacks any sort of base, sound much like Spain Spanish, Venezuelan Spanish, Panaman Spanish, and Cuban Spanish. Arabic is a slightly modified variation of Moroccan, being nearly indistinguishable.

Chicken Tenderland has two main languages, Ahglish and Tenderlander.

Ahglish is very similar to english in almost everyway, however some vowels and words come from Tenderlander and other languages. For example, home would be pronounced Hame. As A has a similar use to O. Ahgkish is spoken by 64% of the population.

Tenderlander is the ancestral language of Tenderlander island and is spoked by 23% of the population. Tenderlander is a germanic langauge but is spoken very differently vowel and speech wise.

Rhodevus is home to 3 national languages: English, French and Laaban Dialect of Native Rhodevan.

English is the most widely spoken, with French coming in at a close second. While English is the predominant language taught in schools, all schools offer French and Laaban dialect as well. A large portion of the population is bi- or tri-lingual.

There are two official languages: Spanish and Mapudungun.

The Spanish spoken in the United Realms, derived from Castilian and like Chilean Spanish, is distinctively accented and quite unlike that of neighboring South American countries because final syllables are often dropped, and some consonants have a soft pronunciation. Mapudungun, the language of the Mapuche people, is the indigenous language spoken in the United Realms.

While not an official language, English was made mandatory for students in first grade and above in public schools in 1974.

High Vayrian, or egla valyria, is the language spoken by the government of the empire, and is primary used by the aristocracy & noble merchant class of Valyria.

Vulgar Valyrian, or quptenko valyrio in High Valyrian, is the language primarily used amongst the commonfolk and minor lords of the realm. Each freehold (Volantis, Tyrosh, Lys, Myr, Pentos, Lorath, Qohor, Essaria, Gogossos, and Norvos) have their own dialect of vulgar Valyrian. While mostly mutually intelligible between each other as well as with High Valyrian, the languages continue to diverge from their neighbors as time goes on.

Besides Valyrian and Valyrianic languages, many other tongues are spoken amongst the empire's frontiers & ports. These include Ghiscari Valyrian dialects, Sarnori, Andal, Summer Islander tongues, Dothraki, Moraqi, and Qartheen amongst many others.

Catalan and Occitan are the official languages. Overseas territories have their official local languages. There over 180 languages spoken in my country due immigration.
English is learn at school about the 60% of population is competent in English. Also you must learn a second foreign language at school Spanish and French are the most demanded ones.
Because of immigration the 10 most Spoken foreign languages are English, French, Spanish, Berber, Romanian, Arab, Mandarine, Portuguese, Quetchua and Tagalog.

Diaboland has no official national language, but English is the most predominantly spoken. We have a good variety of other common language speakers, such as Japanese or French. In addition, many Diablians speak languages that most other nations would call "nonsensical" or a "dead language", such as Latin, Infernal, Carrollish, Olde English, or Druidic.

The Jewish Underground State speaks mainly in Yiddish to preserve their culture. However due to the fact they operate mostly in Poland, a good deal of Polish and even but uncommonly German. Representatives from the underground state are required to speak in at least one of the following languages: Russian, English and Hungarian.

English is the most spoken language in Hydai, but most do know a couple words in Spanish and French. It is common to teach new military conscripts important words of the native language of the deployment area. So you could find a Hydaian former soldier knowing a few words in Arabic, or Portuguese.

The Entity has two common languages, English and Esperanto. English is used in trade, culture, education and as the common vernacular. Esperanto is used in the Union's institutions and by the new cultural elite of the Entity. There is an ongoing programme to make Esperanto a common language in the Entity.

We have many official languages: German, Italian, Hungarian, Czechoslovak, Polish, Slovene, Romanian, Serb-Croatian, Slovene, Ukrainian, and French.

Latin and Greek are official languages though reserved as spiritual and heritage languages but given official status. While Classical Latin is relatively preserved, Italian, French, and Romanian are standardized forms of Common Latin dialects spoken in certain regions of Ancient Rome, such as Italy, Gaul, and Dacia, when the vernacular was not replaced by German, Hungarian, or Slavic languages.

[Lianhua Yu]

Lianhuanese is really an umbrella term of dialects all connected by the traditional writing script. For a simplified breakdown, the the Long Strip (includes Longtou, Longti, and Longwei) speaks Vintanese, Zhujiang speaks Zhunese, and the rest of the country speaks Clementine.

English is spoken as well since the Min dynasty being influenced by the Briddlish Empire

[Karazicu]

The main language on the island of Karazicu is the native Karazi language, which is heavily based off of the Serbo-Croatian language due to the language itself having strong roots to this nation, being Slavic and all. This native Karazi language makes use of both the Latin and Cyrillic alphabets, and it also has a rather unique feature from Serbo-Croatian in that native speakers of the Karazi language sometimes roll their tongues on the R. This especially true of people of Southeastern Karazicu. Alongside this language, actual Serbo-Croatian is also used on the island, mainly by the few immigrants that come to this island, although Serbian is used more. There is also English, though the competence of English speakers on the island is quite varied, from being able to speak it well to being unable to speak it correctly.

Along these languages, there are also some Turkish spoken by some Turkish foreign workers on the island as well as a decently-sized Arabic speaking group in the southeastern parts of this island, being slightly more like Middle Eastern societies.

The official languages of the Democratic Republic are English, Japanese, and Russian, with the first two being the most widespread.

79% of the population reports understanding English, 73% reports understanding Japanese, and 60% report fluency in both languages.

Russian is understood by 29% of the population and is the predominant language in Freena Yon, which contains 60% of all Russian speakers in our nation and is (unofficially) considered the sole monolingual Russian-speaking territory in our nation. Effectively all Russian speakers who live outside of Freena Yon report understanding English and 4% also understand Japanese.

Education in the Democratic Republic outside of Freena Yon is predominantly in English, with the teaching of Japanese and Russian being mandatory starting in intermediate school, although the Ministry of Education highly encourages that education in the other official languages starts in primary school. The two exceptions to this are in Freena and Yontan Yon. In Freena Yon, being predominantly Russian-speaking, it is English and Japanese that are taught starting in intermediate school (with particular focus on English) and, in Yontan Yon, both Japanese and Russian have been mandatory to learn starting in primary school since the 2013 school year.

There also exist several indigenous languages that are spoken by the various native Gandoorese peoples that live in our nation. While no indigenous language has official status under the law, since the Gandoor Revolution, our nation has had an official policy that all indigenous languages are deemed 'protected languages' and their continued usage by their native speakers is of utmost importance. In addition, the Government of Gandoor has worked and continues to work with the native Gandoorese in the creation of educational materials for their languages to aid in the teaching of them to both younger members of their people and anyone else who desires to learn their languages, as well as archival materials preserving the indigenous languages that were/are in danger of going extinct in the future.

In addition to our three official and our indigenous languages, Korean is also widely spoken and understood by 19% of the population, with our current Prime Minister, Park Sang-Hee, being the first Gandoorese Prime Minister to speak Korean as one of their native languages. Other foreign languages spoken in Gandoor include Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Indonesian.

Some unique aspects of of our official languages, as spoken in Gandoor, are:
- There are significantly more loanwords between the three languages than in other dialects
- When it comes to Japanese loanwords in English (both ones common in all dialects and ones unique to Gandoor), the pronunciations will be based on the Japanese pronunciation, rather than being anglicized
- There are several instances of gairaigo and wasei-eigo terms from Japanese (gairaigo being loanwords from other languages into Japanese and wasei-eigo being pseudo-Anglicisms that are not borrowings from English, but entirely Japanese-originated [hence why wasei-eigo translates to 'Japanese-made English') that have been adopted into the English language as spoken in Gandoor, such as mansion (meaning apartment in wasei-eigo), OL (office lady), and zubon (pants, typically men's pants)
- While officially the Cyrillic alphabet is the sole legally recognized alphabet for Russian (and is what is taught in schools), because of the fact that nearly all computer keyboards used in the Democratic Republic use the JIS keyboard layout (as this provides the ability to write in both English and Japanese on the same layout), it is very common for casual conversations in Russian, especially on the internet, to be written entirely in the Latin alphabet, rather than in Cyrillic.

The national language is "Phil'T" which is a gibberish and informal version of the English language and there are no such thing as "swear words" here, you can literally say whatever you want here, unless of course it means something out of context.
