Requesting Feedback

Postby Kiddian States » Sat May 14, 2022 11:38 am

Hello
I normally wouldn’t do this, but after several of my issues haven’t received very much feedback, even after awhile since posting
So, could someone please give feedback on the following issues:
I Myth You Already
Causing A Nativity Scene
An Electrifying Debate
Oligarchy or Malarkey?

Hi Kiddian States,

I know it can be frustrating when a draft isn't attracting as much feedback as you'd like. About this time of year many GI regulars that attend school or college may be occupied with exams.

While you wait for feedback, I recommend browsing the drafting threads of accepted issues. See if there's anything addressed in comments that you can use to improve your own issues. If you make notable changes, feel free to periodically bump your drafts.

While waiting for feedback, you can scan through the drafting threads of other authors. Many writers expierence similar problems, so if editors or veteran authors make comments, examine those comments to see if you can learn anything or apply the guidance in your own drafts.

You can look at other people's drafts and learn from them. Since you are relatively new looking at drafts, especially those by editors, will help you get a grasp on the standards and level of writing.

You're also welcome to help out with others' drafts too, if you'd like. It's easier said than done, particularly if you're newer to writing, but a little bit goes a long way in helping others' drafts and GI as a whole. And who knows - someone might just return the favor. ;)
You're welcome to telegram me any questions you have of the game. Unless I've CTE'd (ceased to exist) - then you physically can't do that.
