This will be the last time I type on this forum so it can serve a proper burial. Confederacy of Layem was hated site-wide, sure. But the community and the people I've met over the years have changed my life style. I'd like to thank the COFN for the inspiration to create Layem after I fled Enadia. Your tolerance for other's opinions was so eye opening and it changed my perspective on politics and free speech. Your region deserves better than a slow death.

As for the community of Layem, I apologize that this has happened. We were a juggernaut region which held 400+ nations twice in it's history. We won several wars and fought off our enemies at every chance. Of course the only way we got taken down was by the moderators making the reachiest of reaches by deleting my nation over "commercialism" rules (lol). We will regroup at Concord. I will not however bow down. This isn't some "scooby doo" threat, I will be working against the people who drafted my liberation proposal, and who will be taking part in this raid.

We went from Enadia, to the DUAS, to Layem, and now to Concord. We won't suffer the same fate as Sanctum (unless the mods DOS me in two days) and I will recruit until we are back up at 400 nations. Glory to Concord.

today on ns moderator lows: warning a lgbt user for saying "lmao" after a famously bigoted region became raidable. not quite as bad as the time tcb's delegate was told that a user saying they serve hitler wasn't actionable, and not as bad as the time i was initially told that rmb posts suggesting i be shot or thrown into a pit weren't actionable & had to submit a second GHR reminding the mod team of their own no-violence rules before they'd do anything, but still not fantastic! are y'all ever going to finish clearing out fascists from your site, or do your priorities end at warning minorities for saying lmao because the community finally gets to deal with the bigots you never took care of yourself?

Moderators cannot edit, delete, or otherwise alter the contents of your GHR, and mod abuse reports are flagged for immediate admin attention. the things i've complained about aren't mod abuse, they're clear and established policies that the mod team has been demonstrating for quite some time. no one is going to care if i submit an official complaint about fascists being allowed on the site, because you're already set in a policy of allowing fascists on the site. it's not a secret or a surprise. the response to a complaint about having to ask twice before action was taken about users calling for violence against me would have 100% been "okay, but it was ultimately actioned against, so..?" the response to a complaint about someone saying they "serve hitler" being allowed would just be a reminder that it's allowed. i'm not referencing any scandalous or secretive conduct, i'm referring to the mod team's open tendency to allow bigots and even outright fash on their site while warning minorities any time they get a little too openly unhappy with those bigots. you're not going to suddenly disallow fascists or stop punishing leftists for getting openly mad at fascists just because i made a report about it. which i think sucks as a site policy! but i'd rather you just say "ok well we're not changing it" instead of telling me to submit a complaint that i think we both know wouldn't go anywhere.

anyway. i think that's enough of me complaining about tolerance of fash being a site policy for one day & i don't want to derail the thread further so i'll drop the subject there. man, i just really wish y'all would reconsider allowing fascists, because it adds Zero value to the site and frustrates other users every day.
