Since there's no map or anything (To my knowledge at least) I've left it pretty vague intentionally. Phenyzian submarines are basically attacking major shipping routes far away from Muqaddasia in an effort to divert forces away from the blockade.

Also, numbers doesnt always win. Be reminded that your once again deeep within my ship radars, which we can wipe clean fairly easy. And I have air support by the way.
