I also thought about including an idea known as the Threat levels of the organisation

Threat Levels

Level 1: Suburban Threat: can affect and create problems in suburban areas as well as interior of cities , probable chance of being dangerous to civilians, and civil volunteers maintaining traffic flow, etc.

Level 2: Metropolitan Threat, can affect and disrupt businesses of a metropolitan cities, including the capital in your country, Proven to be dangerous to all unarmed
civilians, as well as police forces in earlier situations

Level 3: State Threat, can affect ,disrupt and control multiple cities within a state of the country, dangerous to police,SWAT, and State patrol forces. Military requirement is necessary. Has facilitators within the state.

Level 4: National Threat, can affect and control, or disrupt multiple states or territories within your nation, access to armed weapons, and has standing militia with mobile vehicles, alongside facilitators across nation; Military Forces required for all missions.

Level 5: Regional Threat, can affect and control multiple states of your nation as well as other nations in your region, is backed up by foreign funding from enemies, also has widespread propaganda network, huge armed force of their own alongside ballistic weaponry, and ground vehicles including tanks. Facilitators within the region. Military Co-operation with other nations required.

Level 6: International Threat, Has formed its own illegal state within the territorities controlled by it, has a standing government; foregn funding ; complete access to aerial warfare, has several facilitators across the world. Active Ongoing Conflict requiring full military usage. Requires atleast 2 nations to agree before it can be classified as International .(OOC: puppets included as nation)

Level 7: Planetary Threat, controls a very large landmass, or a continent; must be deemed an illegal state and not sovereign by a majority of the world's country in order to prevent independent universal nations from blacklisting other independent states; is considered to be a great power within its home world; Access to nuclear weapons, naval, sea, aerial, as well as advanced cyber warfare. Also has military satellites in spaceRequires atleast 3 nations to agree before it can be classified as International with atleast 1 nation not from same region.(OOC: puppets included as nation)

Level 8: Galactic Threat, Stronger than strength of most worlds combined. Requires atleast 3 Future tech nations to agree before it can be classified as Galactic.(OOC: puppets included as nation)

Level 9: Stellar Threat; Has the strength equivalent to that of 100 galactic threats combined together; Can conquer galaxies at will; Able to omnicide all planets it wishes; Tier 2.5 Civiisation in Kardashev Scale ; Efficient FTL Technology which can be used at whim. Requires atleast 5 Future tech nations to agree before it can be classified as Galactic.(OOC: puppets included as nation)

Additional Info: They are a terrorist organisation whose main goal is yet to be known. So far there have been 2 encounters with them. One in December 31st on New Year's Eve, when a knife attack at Vezcore Plaza resulted in 2 fatalities, the accused claiming to be from the Schiel Society. Not much attention was paid to him, with many people rebuking him as a social outcast. However in 5th May, 2022 A bomb was detonated at the Watersport Arena resulting in 12 casualties. A match was supposed to be played on that date , however it got delayed by 5 hours resulting in the bomb detonating pre- emptively. However the staff members present there got injured. There were 43 injuries and 12 casualties in this incident. Since then, the organisation is on the radar of the National Investigative Department

The CPRU controlled the Radiatian People's Socialist Union as a single-party communist state until the Black and Gold Revolution on October 1st 4014, which formed the Radiatian Federation as a democratic nation.

Some members of the CPRU went on to form the Communist Party of the Radiatian Federation (CPRF), which had limited electoral success for the first 20 years of the Radiatian Federation's existence, until the 4040s in which it completely lost public support and failed to register as a valid political party.

Several high-profile members of the CPRU were arrested and prosecuted during the "Decommunisation" period that immediately followed the fall of communism, but most of these arrests were on the grounds of crimes against humanity and genocide rather than for specific involvement with the Communist Party.
