What is the Imperial Russian State?
The Imperial Russian State is a country that spans over twenty-two million square kilometers and is home to over 120 million people. Known for its status as a leading economic and military power, it boasts one of the largest and most diverse economies in the world. It is also the home to many world heritage sites, including the Historic Centre of Saint Petersburg and Related Groups of Monuments, the Moscow Kremlin, and more!
Internationally, the Imperial Russian State usually aligns itself with mostly conservative nations but, as of recently, has become more open to allying with anyone regardless of ideology with their admission into the United Liberation Organization (ULIBOR).
Rules and regulations
By establishing an embassy and/or consulate, you agree to adhere to the rules posed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Embassy/Consulate Staff•Only one ambassador is permitted
•No more than fifteen security personnel are permitted.
•No more than thirteen service staff are permitted
•A minimum of one consul is required to establish a consulate, but you are allowed a maximum of two consul-generals.
•Embassies are limited to fifty-three staff members, and consulates thirty-six.
What equipment is and isn't allowed?
The Imperial Russian Government does not permit the use of military-grade weaponry or vehicles on diplomatic grounds. Equipment must be provided by the government of the nation requesting an embassy/consulate to be built. A maximum of ten vehicles are permitted.
Embassy/consulate policy
Each nation is permitted no more than one embassy and four consulates. Said nation is allowed to choose where said embassy and consulates are built.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Imperial Russian State maintains the right to deny diplomatic missions. Nations currently blacklisted from doing so are:•Pac Manistan
