Not only is it weird as fuck, and comes across as kind of disrespectful, it also means if you ever need to look up anything he's referring to, your chances of finding it are reduced for the simple reason that literally no one writes the language in this way.

Seems like a bit of an overreaction to a Polish site member using the Polish spelling of Russian names.
