To implement sanctions on supporters of the Taliban in foreign governments and military organizations

Preamble: Acknowledging that the Taliban has allies in national governments, namely the government of Pakistan and its Inter-Services Intelligence agency, this bill hereby institutes sanctions on Taliban-friendly Pakistani governmental organizations, and blacklists government officials or political groups that support terrorist actions.
SECTION 1: SHORT TITLEThis Act may be cited as "TASIB".
SECTION 2: SANCTIONSThis bill imposes asset freezes and travel bans on the following individuals:
Categorizes the following Afghan or Pakistani Taliban-linked groups as terror organizations:
- not-Afshaq Parvez Kayani, Director-General of the ISI (present)
- not-Aziz Khan, former Chairman of Pakistan Joint Chiefs of Staff (2001-2005)
- not-Naseerullah Babar, Interior Minister (1993-1996)
- not-Javed Nasir, Director-General of the ISI (1992-1993)
- not-Javed Ashraf Qazi, Director-General of the ISI (1993-1995)
- not-Mahmud Ahmed, Director-General of the ISI (1999-2001)
And offers a $10,000,000 bounty on information leading to the arrest of Pakistani or Afghan terrorists:
- Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami
- Haqqani Network
- Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Shariat-e-Mohammadi
- Ilyas Kashmiri
- Hafiz Saed
- Jalaluddin Haqqani
- Sirajuddin Haqqani
