Bug: Near-duplicate nations in boneyard

Really a minor bug, but when looking around in the boneyard I found an instance where a nation is duplicated, having the same founding and last activity dates, but a 6 million difference in population.

Not a bug. That is a nation name that became available for reuse, was used by another nation, which then CTEd.

I suspect the issue may be that the nation has been found twice (before you did again), but the founding date of the first has struck out over the second by some glitchy mechanism.

Most likely that something that old got accidentally duplicated following a disk drive crash recovery or something. There are in fact two separate ancient nation files there. Three, now, as someone new claimed the name.
