At 3 AM two weeks ago 20,000 rebels began storming fascist military bases in Johannesburg, the fascist military was unprepared and the rebels quickly took the city of Johannesburg and the surrounding area. Before the fascist military could respond similar revolts occurred in Durban and Cape Town with similar results, quickly uniting all of the revolts taking back the entire country in just 1 week ending 800 years of Nytoan rule over South Africa. With such a victory huge revolts occurred in every colony. Although most failed or got prolonged many believe that this is the end of the huge Nytoan empire.

The information later gathered from the Blackbirds and satellites confirms the situation on the ground, multiple revolts, with multiple parties that could be swung in Gonswanza's favor. Yet, with growing unrest overseas, it was determined the best course of action was to send aid indirectly. Hence, an airlift operation is set in motion, as over the course of a few long weeks, approx 1,000 tons of food, water, ammo, arms and other supplies will be delivered to the rebellion by any means necessary. Be it via long-range drones or even high altitude airdrops, though the weapons include the feared Orb Weaver Spider Mine, Trapdoor Spider Mine, 60mm mortars, RPG-32s, M202 FLASHs, Strela-3s, PKMs, SKS rifles, Horizon anti-materiel rifles, and ammo to feed the weapons of course. Delivered with the weapons and supplies are instructions on how to make weapons at home, including SIM-EFPs and hellfire cannons, plus how to make explosives.

The supplies delivered would also include the necessary ingredients to build bombs, plus explosives and medical supplies.

The Ukcrossian council decides to support the rebels with troops, weapons and funding, and advisors to train them. 2 divisions are sent to the Nytoan-Ukcrossian Border, along with a support battalion and all the weapons and advisors. The Ukcrossians cross the border into fascist Nytoa, and quickly face problems, as the air support in the form of jet bombings fail to aid the attack on the border, as the airbase is attacked by Slazo supporters (they still plague Ukcross). Instead, 8 Mil Mi-24s are sent from another airbase, housing a group of the Ukcrossian special forces in the passenger areas.

Autopsies of the bodies have revealed that the fascist forces were using Finger of God MLRSs, with many questioning how the fascist forces got so far into rebel lines. With this demoralized rebels in Argentina suffered defeat after defeat, with many saying that this is just the fascist government making an example and doubt they will use such a brutal method again

In response to recent actions, Laura Ortiz makes a special video for the rebels, in an attempt to rile them up. It shows a Gonswanzan "knight" helping up the people, using a shield to defend against Nytoan arrows and shells, marked off with things like "imperialism" and "corruption". Then it takes a mild twist, showing the people storming a fort, in a nod to the Battle of Puebla. Outgunned forces rushing an ivory tower, taking it down, before pointing things out.

"You! Yes, you! You hold the key to your future! Do not stand down and let them beat you into a ditch! Rise up and fight!"

Of course, another round of supplies is delivered, this time not just into Africa, but into Argentina as well as other regions under Nytoa's control. Propaganda leaflets rattling off the imperfections of the current rule along with trying to paint Nytoa as the enemy are also dropped with the supplies, attempting to incite a mass movement against Nytoa. Indeed, it seems Gonswanza wants to start a war, though they are holding back from just dropping troops into the scene to fight the war themselves or spark new ones. Call it... "Exporting the revolution".

[Eclius]

Brussels, Eclius

President Lambert was briefed on the situation inside her office, sparking an intense debate between administration staff. Supporting the rebellion fit Eclius' geopolitical interest in the region. On the other hand, being a NATO member, Eclius' direct involvement will inevitably bring the whole alliance in. Ultimately, the decision was made to for Eclius to support the rebels without direct military intervention....at least not right away. Later the afternoon, an agent from Eclius' Bureau of Foreign Intelligence was given the task of meeting with key rebel leaders to discuss potential support via. weapon delivery and intelligence support. The agent will be traveling under the pseudonym "Erika C. Johnson", an Eclisian Red Cross personnel. The meeting request was sent through an encrypted program from Eclius's Department of Security and Intelligence.

The next day....

Lab 10, unknown location, Eclius

At an undisclosed location, Eclius' top engineers and tacticians met to discuss the how the rebels can potentially benefit from Eclisian weapons. The decision was ultimately made for the engineers to design a custom-made, cheap, and easy-to-use weapon system that would fit the tactical needs of the rebels.

The Arpasian Government has been notified of the events that have transpired, and announces to all nations involved in the current incident that Arpasia has now entered the status of observer, meaning that Arpasia isn't fully neutral, and may intervene militarily at any given moment, if only there were a catalyst that would justify Arpasia to choose a side and begin military operations. They also inform them that Arpasia will be putting the Armed Forces on alert, should a decision be made by the government, along with this, the government announces that they will be opening their borders and will be ready to host any potential peace talks between the Rebels and allied nations, a spot in the presidential palace will be reserved for the hypothetical meeting, should it ever take place. The government closes this announcement by urging all belligerent parties that are involved in this conflict to come to a peaceful agreement with one another.

With (virtually) unhindered supply runs, at least from the last few attempts, another is attempted, but with growing unrest overseas, it could be the last for now. Again, supplies are dropped almost without a care for where they landed, so long as they fell behind the lines, in rebel territory. But a "second sweep" comes to drop propaganda leaflets over pro-gov't territory, purely out of spite. If the latter aircraft (in this case just IL-76MD-90As) are shot down, either due to their countermeasures failing or an intercept from hostile aircraft, the pilots will bail and it's extremely likely that they'd be captured unless they fall into rebel territory... Which may make the situation a bit more interesting.

The rebels are very happy for the supplies as they are running low on them. The new Argentinian rebellions leader personally thanks the Gonwazan government. In Argentina the rebellion has a significant victory taking the ruins of La Rioja and the city of Lujan. The World Assembly estimates that 58,000 deaths with 55,000 of them in the La Rioja firestorm. In Africa the war continues with The Democratic Republic of the Congo becoming the main battle with huge battles throughout all of Africa. The fascists begin to execute or kidnap all family members of rebels living in fascist areas, it is estimated 7,000 people executed every week or 1,000 every day.

SIC: The rebels as revenge has a high ranking general who was a part of the previous government, disclosed the location of a missile silo and 3 nuclear missiles. They havent been used yet...

On the Nytoan front the fascists begin huge MLRS barrages against Ukrossian soldiers, both Finger of God and normal MLRS are used. Submarines are used to try and cripple the Ukcrossian fleet. Missile submarines begin to open fire on Ukrossian Battleships and naval targets near the Nytoan Ukrossian border. The Nytoan Sievat Units begin patrolling the sea to place bombs on the hulls of Ukcrossian ships. In parts of Surbia revolts begin once again these aren't crushed as swiftly as the last revolts in Surbia, so they are able to carve out a large amount of land. A bombing of the government building in Atrea killed 12 senators and put the Vice President and 14 other senators in critical condition.

On the African front The Democratic Republic of the Congo the brutal fighting continues with Kinasha becoming a warzone. MLRS finger of god weapons were used against Kinasha, fortunately they had very little effect compared to the attack in La Rioja, killing 180 people with 46 still missing. The rebels in the Dem. Rep. of the Congo have fractured following a dispute over whether the new government should be capitalist or communist.

In Argentina the fighting has become one long bloody stalemate. With the body count continuing to rise not an inch of territory has changed hands in the last week.

Once again, Gonswanza arranges for a rather "special" mission, while it's another supply drop, this time, TU-160s are used to deliver supplies via canisters, akin to a high speed, high altitude bombing run. Yet, these canisters would deploy a chute after slowing down with specially made flaps, akin to a snake-eye, just to deliver supplies. A special, almost experimental method, though this was also intended to deliver supplies to the rebellions. Heck, there's even a special flag delivered with each one: A Gonswanzan flag, meant to show that even if they are rather far away, Gonswanza stands with them. This was much unlike an occupational flag, which would have instead shown that Gonswanza practically "owns" them... And would have been an insult. Yet, the supplies delivered include more food, water, ammo, arms, and other necessary things to carry on the war.

In turn, Gonswanzans back "home" wonder if perhaps they could get away with actual bombing runs, but that idea is shot down when they bring up the other wars that Gonswanza is in, practically up to their neck in conflict at this point. It was not worth directly fighting Nytoa, in any regard.

the 2nd, 15th and 32nd Ukcrossian paratrooper divisions are paradropped around Nytoa, with some odd results, the 15th is sent to multiple Nytoan islands, with the goal of taking them. The 15th and the 4th light infantry division work together, with the 15th dropping behind enemy lines and causing confusion while the 4th land on the islands and try and take it.

The 32nd is sent behind the main Ukcrossian offensive to support it, partaking in sabotage and ambushes. One of them, against a local government office, where 2 squads of paratroopers landed about a km from it, and after getting in a small firefight, they attempted to storm the building, with them attacking from the front door and from a window leading to the second floor, but the raid fails, due to the officer in charge, a newer, less experienced one who replaced a purged officer (The effects of the revolutionary purges have yet to fully heal) makes the plan vague, and just makes a terrible plan. The paratroopers are ordered to rush into the building where, they get quickly gunned down.

The 2nd paratrooper division though, receives a very special mission, where the main force is ordered to paradrop on the Nytoan mainland. The troops board their transport planes, and are put up into the air.

The Cruise missiles are incredibly effective at destroying Nytoan military targets, with 9 generals killed on the first day with 2 of them being five star generals. The fascist leadership is totally destroyed with 40% of major government figures killed. However there are still some survivors. As there revenge against Ukcross, Nytoan cruise missiles reign down on Checkvon where they actively target Civilian locations. Still some cruise missiles hit military and government buildings. 120,000 Nytoan soldiers advance towards the Nytoan Ukrossian border. With stealth bombers attacking naval targets and stealth fighters attempting to dominate the skies.

In The african front a huge MLRS barrage occurs in Luanda the centre of the Angolan resistance. So far only 400 bodies have been found but an estimated 89,000 people have died. The reason for so little bodies found is that there is too much rubble for 99% of the city to be accessed without heavy equipment. This incident has had the opposite effect of the La Rioja bombings pushing the rebels on an allowing them to liberate 95% of their country.

In the new asian front rebellions in Burma and Thailand have worked incredibly well with both countries liberated in 7 days. Rebels in India would have been incredibly effective if not for the fact that the rebels quickly got stuck in a brutal civil war between the democratic rebels and the royalist rebels.

Out of worry the Ukcrossian cruise missiles switch targets from government and military targets to hitting the 120,000 Nytoans, and Strategic bombers are sent out to drop their payloads on the frontline and the troops moving to reinforce the front.

The stealth bombers are picked up via the AESA Radar systems that have been installed all along the Ukcrossian-Nytoan border, and so Jet fighters are sent up to destroy the stealth bombers, with varied success, the bombers have sunk the UNV Hergoda, UNV Gandis and have damaged the aircraft carrier [i]UNV Frederick[i].

The 2nd paratrooper division finally reaches the skies over the Nytoan mainland, and they drop over a small town about 65 km from atrea.

With Ukcross collapsing the Nytoan military is relieved and pulls supplies out of the border region.

The African front: In the African front nothing has really changed.

The Argentinian front: The rebels win yet another victory taking a town near Buenos Aires. In Buenos Aires millions try to evacuate the metro worrying about a possible MLRS barrage. With the roads flooded by refuges a major bridge collapses killing over 1000 people. An unknown terrorist group blew up a car firebomb in the middle of a crowded road with the initial blast killing 38 and an unknown amount killed in the subsequent fires and explosions.

In Asia: In Kazakhstan rebels take the entire country. In India 1,200 people have died in the civil war so far.

In Nytoa the population horrified by the war began the largest uprising since the Nytoan war of independence. The Nytoan military which is preoccupied leaves very few for defense of areas such as Atrea and Fayes. Fascist Nytoa begins to collapse losing 60% of their mainland in 2 weeks. With collapse imminent the fascists hole up in Atrea before an angry mob kills the dictator and puts his head on a stick, which they parade around the city before a group of soldiers see them and kill 93% of the angry mob. The remnants of the Fascists basically become wandering raiders.

[Gonswanza]

Gonswanza is unsure of the situation at this point, however, with little news reaching them from the front, beyond what little was known, another round of flights with supplies are carried out as an almost desperate final flight. The problem here was due to growing resistance from two different territories and a confusing collection of operations at once. Hence, officially, this would be the last flight before the MoD will cut the rebellion(s) off from Gonswanzan aid until things can be sorted out and better organized "back home".

Luckily, for the regions that have stabilized, this would mean a mild boost to their recovery.

With the amount of undamaged infrastructure and Spec ops and veterans to train soldiers the nations 35,000 soldiers go from an unorganized militia to an elite fighting force. The Nation known as the Eptius Empire quickly spreads through Nytoa capturing an area around the size of Texas. The Communist and Democratic rebels have created a temporary alliance to defeat the Epitus Empire. Because of this more people have joined the Epitus Empire Military with an estimated 156,000 soldiers attacking the alliance.
