It has been brought to the Arpasian government's upmost attention that the recent events have transpired has resulted in heated debates between nations over what in essence is the practice of slavery and the market's rapidly-increasing popularity, such nations/organizations such as Westmonkwick, Yusufzai Swat, IDIOTS INC, Fenwick Foundation and many others have contributed in the grow of the slave trade in this era. While before this time, a majority of the multiverse's population believes that open selling and usage of slaves by nations has completely died down over the centuries, the mysterious resurgence of slavery, dubbed by some as "The 2022 Resurgence of slavery" is of most concern by many across the multiverse, and the fact that neither civilians nor government officials can provide a conclusive reason/explanation as to what triggered the sudden resurgence is considered by most as perplexing, while some have posited that it is merely an extreme solution proposed by a nation to control their ever-growing population, to more sinister theories, a concrete explanation cannot be fully ascertained. A majority of nations across the multiverse have agreed on one thing: the practice of slavery, or the treatment of humans as property is abhorrent, yet the nations that have openly tried to sell slaves on the international market have either ignored or outright denied these allegations, and there have been several other nations that defend slaver nations with full military force and has made themselves very clear that they will not hesitate to take action if one slaver nation is attacked, such examples would include The Wadiyan Emirates, the Airden Cartel, Western sol, and so on.

So far, organizations such as ULIBOR, founded by The SFR of Aquaria, and many others have taken action against this resurgence, such notable actions would include the Invasion and Partition of Toonga, and the various crackdowns on slave markets made by them over the last few months, and it is no surprise that such actions were commended by nations across the multiverse. But as of now, it seems that the pro-slavery movement, as it would come to be known as, have retaliated, as many pro-slavery nations have begin "guarding" slaver nations against attacks from anti-slavery nations.

For slaver nations and pro-slavery nations, the definition and overall practice of slavery is one that involves violations against basic human rights, violence, discrimination and mistreatment against people of various ethnicities, the deliberate torture of slaves by the person/organization keeping the slaves, and inciting high levels of suffering and misery towards the people deemed as slaves, and it is no surprise that this practice has been shunned upon by the nations of the multiverse. And with the increasing aggression shown by slaver nations, one such example would be Fenwick Foundation, in which it outright kills an Arpasian man after Arpasia tried to stop it from selling slaves, is considered to be of much concern, and that the situation might take a turn for the worse, as many people suspect that a coming war between pro-slavery and anti-slavery nations might take place somewhere in the future.

At this day, the Arpasian Government, on behalf of all of it's ministries and advisories, publicly condemns the very practice of slavery, in hopes that other nations would agree with this statement, in a televised speech, the president Natanaël Bonhomme would go on to describe all aspects of slavery as "abhorrent, filthy, disgusting, unethical and in all ways, wrong". In light of this initial public statement, a meeting behind closed doors between the president, vice president and all ministers and representatives from all advisories which lasted for 2 days according to government records had took place between the dates of April 20, 2022 until April 21, 2022.

The result of this meeting was announced at the late hours of April 21, 2022, the results being that Arpasia has decided to act by establishing a new organization against the practice of slavery, named The Advocates For Abolition And Against Slavery (AFAASA). This organization's sole purpose is to abolish slavery in nations across the multiverse through diplomacy or through by force if necessary, liberate all slaves from said nation and grant them asylum in member states, and to take action against pro-slavery organizations, and it is in this televised speech made by president Bonhomme, that he invites nations in the international community to join the AFAASA.

It was in the middle of the day, when the secretary-general of the AFAASA, Marie-Noëlle Chausson, walks into the main gates of The Hall of Freedom in central Pontchartrain, the building was once a museum, complete with a court, but today, it was repurposed to be the temporary headquarters for the AFAASA, since the new headquarters, planned to be built in Marcia, was still incomplete. The secretary-general was greeted by 4 escorts, all dressed in 1940s attire, once the she enters the building, the escorts lead her to the courtroom, where the flags of Arpasia and all other AFAASA Member states and Observer states were placed behind the mahogany wooden podium, once she reaches the doors to the courtroom, the escorts halt near the door, while the secretary-general makes her way up the podium, where the first ever meeting between all AFAASA members and observers was due to take place later in the day.

Regimental patterns of braid are displayed on his tunic's collar, and the monogram of the Vozhd is worn on his shoulder straps and officer's epaulettes. He removes his peaked cap adorned with the Imperial cockade.

She then opens up a file that shows what the president wrote to the secretary-general. "I have been informed by the government that the Fenwick Foundation has decided to host a conference meeting between delegates of slaver nations/organizations, and from what is running wild in the news today is, the Fenwick Foundation has executed slaves for rebelling against their captors." the sound of angered grumbling became louder as the delegates spoke, their voices stacked on top of one another, once the sounds have reached maximum volume, the secretary-general bangs a gavel next to her laptop three times, "Order, please" she said in a loud voice, "Now, may we get into it?" she began, "first off, while we wait for the rest of the delegates to arrive, we will talk about the recent slave execution incident, no is the time where you all can voice your thoughts on it."

"It's not uncommon for such a group to pop up every now and then. We'd seen it with Sale-Rabat, and we've seen it with Yusufzai Swat. I believe we should start off relatively simple, and then inch towards more drastic measures. Perhaps we could start off with sanctions and blockades of their shipping lines."

Desonia: "Well, the scientists of our nation are still conducting tests on the manipulation of the size of our portal, and if it is possible, we can deploy small-sized portals to save the enslaved people. We can also stop their raids on neighboring nations by sending aid to them, but I am sure that these two ways won't deal that much of a damage to their nation, as they have, from what I have heard, millions and millions of slaves."

Greetings! I see that you are discussing possible actions, but for some reason you exclude military options. Why not launch rockets, especially at these poor barbarians without territories? Some may thus be shown that slavery is unprofitable, and they will turn to something more useful. Others cannot abolish this institution by their nature, and their activities in any case must be suppressed in... some possible way.
