This is the thread of the Headquarter of the United Liberation Organisation (ULIBOR) in Cylis, Wallowis.

We cannot help but notice that this alliance, quite comically, states to be "neutral to political ideologies" in its quest to protect human rights. Yet, by the very virtue of accepting communist nations while explicitly rejecting Fascist states, it has made its status as an ideological alliance well known. We have seen these kinds of alliances before. Though there has been a recent spate of relatively insignificant nations making short-lived alliances featuring charters that indirectly hint at anti-Fascism (some of the repeat offenders being noticed here,) this one sticks out to us for its egregious provisions against nations such as our own, using the oft-cited bleeding shirt of human rights as an attempt at justifying violence against Fascists.

Make no mistake: our opposition is not due to ULIBOR's opposition to slavery. Our Federation, and plenty of its allies, are signatories of the Amistad Declaration Against Slavery, and aggressively combat slave states and organizations wherever they may be found. However, a pile of shit with a golden tooth in it is still primarily a pile of shit. Our opposition is for two primary reasons:

1: The blatant targeting of Fascist nations in ULIBOR's charter, despite the fact that monarchies and democracies have utilized slavery at a higher rate than Fascist nations, even if we allow the generous exception of state-run slavery.
2: The non-definition of "human rights." What is this alliance's perception of human rights? Of the myriad activities considered by anyone to be a right, ranging from the ownership of firearms to voting, what qualifies as something this alliance is willing to take action against? How do they reconcile that with literal communist states whose entire ideology revolves around the discounting of the individual?

The deliberate turning of a blind eye to communism while professing a desire to forward an undefined sense of human rights shows just how hollow this alliance truly is.

On a somewhat related note, the Federal Navy as well as the Federal Air Force will begin conducting regular exercises ranging approximately 30-300 nautical miles off the coasts of both Aquaria and Wallowis, as they exercise their own freedom of the sea. Relevant NOTAMs will be provided.

re: Communistic apologetics

The Federal Foreign Affairs Office has a rather rich history, yet is still astonished that the Wallowis government, somehow, thought that parroting left-leaning anti-Fascist apologetics about "muh hate" (the usual fare of the rabid anti-Fascist) as well as casting projections onto our own country was going to disprove, rather than strengthen, Our Federation's point about ULIBOR being an ideological alliance, and not an anti-slaver one, or that it would somehow dispel our legitimate security concerns regarding the ULIBOR alliance. As usual with these ideologues, they were wrong. Further, the Wallowis government claims that communist countries are stateless, therefore cannot be dictatorships- yet this also implies that they cannot be democracies, as democracies cannot be stateless.

How can the government of Wallowis simultaneously state that Fascists don't practice slavery because "slavery is gone in most of the world" while ULIBOR's own charter explicitly mentions slavery as a cause for it to exist? Perhaps, then, it is an accidental confession- ULIBOR does not believe that slavery actually exists in any significant regard, and simply uses the position of anti-slavery as an attempt to shield it from the quite-justified beating that it will eventually receive. The real cause for ULIBOR, then, is what we mentioned: it is an ideological alliance between the historic allies of neoliberalism and Marxism to target nations such as our own. In fact, between this and the Wallowis government's statement about statelessness, it seems the only thing that ULIBOR is consistent or coherent in is its blind, seething hatred for Our Federation and its ideology.

We are confident that, eventually, hostilities will break out. Anti-fascists are rarely rational beings, and are typically the most aggressive. We establish now that any Federal subject or citizen subjected to arrest or detainment by ULIBOR will be rescued via any method, to include a full-scale invasion of Wallowis. For crimes that are also punishable under Our Federation's laws, our legal standard is already the highest in the world, and ULIBOR will be required to extradite those persons to face trial in Our Federation.

We hope that your nation's mariners and airmen read the relevant NOTAM(s) and stay out of the firing ranges that the Federal Navy will soon be establishing just outside of your territorial waters for their rather frequent exercises.

Once again, a member government of ULIBOR seems to hold the misguided notion that repeating anti-Fascist polemics is somehow going to de-escalate the situation that ULIBOR finds itself in. This rhetoric, with each utterly oblivious communique, only further proves the ideological nature of this alliance and the fact that it presents a threat to Our Federation. "We're not ideological, but here's our ideology on why your nation's ideology is EVIL!" Please, none of you see it? Utilizing a very brief definition of an ideology from a dictionary- and a historically wrong one, at that- is below even a high school debate team's standards, yet we see the so-called Imperial Minister of State reciting it. Perhaps the people of the "Grand" Fifth Imperium are not too bright, if this is their representation to the world. Then again, antifascists have never been known to be intelligent creatures. It is embarrassing that national leaders are still unable to even fathom, for a second, a Fascist state that is not identical to Nazi Germany, a state that ceased to exist roughly a century ago. The Imperial Minister also is so unbelievably lacking in self-awareness that she uses a nearly metaphorical definition of slavery to equate it to Fascism- all while ULIBOR harbors communist nations! The very ideology that dispenses with the concept of fair payment for labor and private ownership! Meanwhile, Our Federation has always been opposed to slavery, and officially adopted the Amistad Declaration, which means that Our Federation is required by law to proactively engage slavers and force the end of slavery by any and all means necessary. Slavery is an affront to Fascist ideals due to its impact on the purchasing power of the nation's workers, and has historically been a move of desperation more than anything; slaves fit far more easily into international financial power, as it provides for an entire class of scabs to replace the worker who demands fair pay for fair labor. Perhaps if the Imperial Minister ever actually learned a lesson about Fascism beyond a middle-school propaganda course, she would understand this.

Your alliance is not ideologically neutral. It is categorically opposed to Fascism, which is an ideology, ergo, it is not ideologically neutral: it is actively opposed to an ideology, and not merely in a sense of avoiding "extremes," as it is headed by a Communistic country and openly welcomes extreme left nations. Your alliance's charter is aimed at the very heart of Our Federation and its people, and that is unacceptable.
